Unable to copy character from Holo to Tribble

as the title says: I cannot copy my characters from holodeck to Tribble. A couple other people have also tested this and came up with the same result.

    18 Cpt on the way to 60: 14 of them are already 50 or over 50, one is 60 and 3 almost 43

    Not sure what your referring to on that link, we know the correct copy page, problem is after using it nothing happens. After submitting it says your character will be available in 2 hours or less but after more than 24 hours still are not.

    same thing with me and it's been like that for a couple days now.

    Can we get some more (canon) KDF outfits, an assortment of respectable skirts/dresses, a long jacket (and more clothes in general) that does plain white well, melee weapon and Mk 15 drops, a T6 Nova, and account-wide lockbox/lobi/promo ships & consoles? Oh, and...

    Ditto, I have attempted to transfer multiple characters to the Tribble server over the last week or so, and none of them have shown up.

    This is also happening to me as well. Curious it happened as the Winter Event came out on both tribble and Holodeck. It's possible the account-wide unlocks this year are affecting the transfer, but that's a real stretch of a guess. I also cannot get the breen raider discount on Holodeck. All I know for sure, is that the Winter Event Borg Invasion, and the unlocks from it, and account-wide discounts, are giving the Devs/Players trouble this year.

    Confirm that copy of characters do not show up on tribble (well past the stated 2 hr period). This bug started after the Dec 18th patch.

    I've sent a few requests in to transfer characters to tribble but it won't work.

    I too have been unable to copy updated characters across. The transfer page claims the copy request was successful, but alas, nothing happens, even after 48+ hours and several more attempts.

    Glad I'm not the only one, so thank you. I guess it might be disabled during the holiday period due to staff shortages or whatever reason. :rolleyes:

    Same for me. The transfer page would claim the request was successful, I wait and I wait, 2 days later with several more attempts and still nothing shows up.

    Well, at least we're all in it together.

    We have the same issue with CO copy to pts so it looks like a website/game server communication issue.

    Trailturtle the product/community manager for CO confirmed this has been raised with the appropriate team however no updates as of yet.

    So the Champions guy now reports its fixed, but still doesn't appear to be working for STO. Guess it has to be fixed game by game.

    There is always the possibility that all characters that are already on Tribble might get deleted when the new expansion is released.

    I too am among the casualties of this epidemic that we know as Character Copy.

    It would be nice to be able to log in and take a look at things to determine if it's going to be worth using or to advocate it to others saying use this or else you risk your DPS!

    So far, no luck transfering my characters either. I tried different ones, including some that never were on Tribble in the first place, in case the system "forgot" how to count up names or something like that..

    I have also tried several times over the past few days, and thus far nothing has copied, despite the web page indicating that I successfully submitted the request.

    Any body deleted all their Tribble chars, or at least down below three (the un-expanded maximum)? I might be able to delete down to two, but I'm unwilling to go down below that, or risk not being able to test anything at all.

    Unfortunately I was told to delete every character and so I did in hopes that this would do the trick to no effect so now I have nothing to show for my folly.

    :/ Sorry to hear that. Hopefully they'll import the fix from other Cryptic games to get it back working in STO.

    Attempted character copy several times. No response. Assuming weekends off. At least tomorrow's Monday.
