Same... clean install of graphics, DX9, and Game after repeated fatal errors since DR was released yesterday, now no fatal errors, but after the big splash loader - I get music, a mouse pointer and...... a blank screen! Pissed doesnt even come close to it
so game is still f*cked up

Last time I had crashing problems I went through the games log files and found a file that was crashing the system every time it loaded. This was like a patch or two ago this happened to me but after finding and deleting the corrupted file the game downloaded a new copy and I got in with no problems. You have to be good at going through other peoples log files though as well as lucky enough the problem gets logged before the program exits.
Another thing to prove Cryptic cannot do anything right i have just purchased a ship upgrade token but accidently bought it on my fed character so went to put it in my account bank as it is now bound to character and it has vanished. No upgrade token in bank or inventory. I was going to buy the Dauntless and Raptor for my KDF and Fed and just upgrade my rom bird of prey but this shows that you don't deserve the money I have for them. I probably will not get the zen or the token back but these bugs should have been sorted before expansion was released

Gotta love it, new season released and I've crashed to desktop just about everytime I've played the beginning mission "Mindscape" hopefully they will get this fixed, never crashed before and even with the update still crashes.

well ive been looking forward to Delta Rising for weeks! but I cant log in. it patches then it loads to the "Cryptic" logo then crashes. when I try to load it up again, then all the launcher says "patching" but then dose nothing.

I like meny players am not happy with a other dill nerf plus the massive boost u gave to the old elite missions.
But as ive payed for "F" all since LoR im not the person ur market this game to any more and im still not spending "F" all because of a other update with massive nerfs.

You never know in the future but then again this one has had a lot of criticism and issues so you never know
My only criticisms relate to the gameplay system alterations like:
nerfed queue rewards applied to increased duration missions and bloated hitpoints
or
diminished progression applied to a vast variance in effective level (up to 45 active Specialization Points, 4 Starship Mastery Levels, and 4 Starship Traits in addition to your actual Level)
or
imbalances between available ship options and Starship Trait pools between the factions
or
structural changes that introduce disincentives to build, equip, and progress multiple characters and builds
The game systems are wonky, but the actual Delta Quadrant has been rather good... I really enjoy witnessing the consequences of what Janeway et al did during their previous trip. To give credit where credit is due, the missions are solid and I praise the work that went into them, regardless of any reservations I have about the rest of the Expansion.
With each passing day I wonder if I stepped into an alternate reality. The Cubs win the world series. Donald Trump is President. Britain leaves the EU. STO gets a dedicated PvP season. Engineers are "out of control" in STO.

True alters don't have a "main". Account wide unlocks for all unique event rewards!!
the usual 'turn it off and on again' style auto-reply from support wasn't doing anything, butI was able to log into Safe Mode a few times and so decided to have a fiddle there.
Problem seemed to lie in the settings for me - went back to default settings to match safe mode and noting worked. I eventually had to set the video mem limit to auto, and tailor everything else very specifically to get it to work.
It's very sluggish compared to how it was running before - but it's running. Thats a start.
....of course there could have been an update I missed and this was pointless
This expansion definitively excluded escorts from the game.
PVP:
- cruisers deal more damage and have stronger shields and hull, also they don't have to aim so their weapons are always on the target, finally cruisers don't have problems against fighters due to BFAW.
- science vessels deal more damage and have stronger shields, also their science skills are way too powerful.
definitively, escorts don't stand a chance.
PVE:
- enemies have too strong shields and hull, so escorts (that are glass cannons ... ora at least WERE glass cannons, now are glass TRIBBLE) can't kill them in time and got killed.
but, guess what: cruisers and science vessels are the easy way out.
Strong shields, strong hull, awesome skills, MORE FIREPOWER (which is against the very base of this game) ...
now I got a question for you:
How do you think I feel now ?
I spent years gathering dil to buy my Fleet Ha'Feh (with Haakona parts) and elite fleet weapons and stuffs.

I had this log crash bug too, but i solved my problem with an upgrade of my graphic driver
(Nvidia Geforce 600 series)
I still have an error message but i can log and play the game.
Hope this help someone.
