    Star Trek Online is currently offline. We are aware of the issue and currently working on bringing it back online as soon as possible

    Yet the little light is still green. Oh, Cryptic.

    Same thing just happened to me, central Tx here, 10am, went to change character, lost connection, now can't log back on, "Unable to authenticate". Was trying to get some bonus Romulan marks on some of my chars I hadn't gotten any on yet.
    Bad enough that the "Lend a Helping Hand" mission has been broken since the bonus update patch started and the alerts not popping up either. N
    Now can't get back on at all to get any and STILL NO reply on here from a forum Mod.. Good going Cryptic...
    Didn't play this game for about a year, came back and finally got my husband back too..been regretting paying for lifetime.. shouldn't be surprised coming back during the bonus dilithium event that the game still has a lot of the same bugs it's had for years now. I agree with others comments here, QUIT putting out new content and fix the BUGS already in this game.

    Im having the same issue. Tried to login via Arc, and Steam and both say unable to authenticate. im pissed i wanna play my game
    Lore posts are great, but give us real info first please!

    If all you're interested in is the Shard, just run the last mission in the series. No need to run them all.

    From what I can gather, all servers EXCEPT the Account Server are online and functioning. In other words, CRYPTIC NEEDS TO BLOODY FIX THAT PIECE OF JUNK THEY CALL A SERVER!!! lol

    Were sorry Here at Cryptic Studios(Moms Basement)were working to correct the problem(Mom doing laundry)As devs need clean undies we will be back as soon as load is finished.

    Same issue, can't log in, at least they put a note on the launcher now. Whatever, come to expect this playing this game.

    probably the guy looking after it fell a sleep and spilled his cofe over the server pc ... maybe somewone should poke him to wake him up :D

    There's an announcement on the launcher (well, that something's broken, not when it's gonna be fixed).
