No star TRIBBLE online thank you. There is enough of over-sized TRIBBLE already so, no need for rampant swimsuits everywhere. How about the devs fix crystalline entity and its recrystallization bug that has been around since season 9 hit than this junk.
How is it a bad argument? The game is called Star Trek Online, the photos centersolace posted is from Star Trek. If its from the show, then its only appropriate that it be added to the game. Cryptic can monetize it if you wish, just give us a choice to obtain it somehow.
Because by the way it is being used here. By this logic, they should add a random plant into the background simply because it was in the show. People act like Trek invented the skimpy outfit and was built entirely around it, hence claiming it should be in-game.
I think we'll let the community manager decide that.
Boo. I love a good bit of wordy sparring. The fact that you did not answer my questions about the whole "Freedom of choice" or maybe I should call it "Canon things should be in STO" deal and you need to call in the manager makes be feel like you are trying to grab hold of anything to stay in your idea of right.
In case you want to try to answer my questions they were
Why is the SS uniform not allow but swimsuits everywhere is?
Cause that outfit goes against yours and others idea of right and wrong? It could give new players the wrong idea about STO? Something else?

I'm sure if I had a kid and she showed me the game she was playing where people were wearing TRIBBLE Uniforms and said that "It's okay, it's from the TV show, it's canon!", I'd still tell them to uninstall STO and that they weren't going to play it again until they were 18.
I wouldn't give a TRIBBLE if it's canon or if it was only briefly exhibited, it'd give me the wrong impression of the game, and I'd cut their access to it.
OK this thread has gone way off topic and their are far to many derogatory names being cast on anyone in the game that wears outfits that have been cleared for public viewing.
The OP has asked that this thread be shut down because of how much this has erupted into petty bickering.

I'm just showing a picture from Star Trek that was on prime time television.
Funny, for folks that don't want anything censored...they appear to be censoring...
Funny how that works.

Kinda took me a while to find the lamp in that picture.
Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations. That's what Star Trek is about, right?

Ah yes....a classic example of the good ole Godwin's law.

Another victory for common decency and responsibility!
Here you go, since you like pictures so much.

You all should be ashamed of yourselves, honestly
