Well it seemed relevant since we were discussing if a certain wish was valid but I concede to your wishes.:P

Hmm what else would I like...some sort of reusable combat pet like the klingon's jackal mastiff only a Romulan creature instead.

I know I am repeating myself but:

    Independence
A choice between the Romulan Republic and Romulan Star Empire.
Clothes spanning the area from the 22nd Century (hint-hint 22nd Century Romulan Commander Dress) to STO present.
A choice whether or not we keep Toven.
    More ship interiors.
    More ship choices.
More hair options for both male and female characters.
    Maybe jewelry.
More Romulan pure game play with no awkward playing of Federation missions (I cannot be the only one to notice that there are some missions that as a Romulan it just doesn't make sense to be apart of).
    "Romulan" Computer voice over.

I'll do a quick summary here, I know it's not comprehensive, but it's just a summary of the most repeated ones

    - More Science oriented Starships, available at lower levels.
    - Full customizable and interchangeable Tal Shiar Uniform variants.
    - Romulan themed Starbase/Fleet HQ.
    - Romulan's as full Omega members with Unique Uniform.
    - Security Officer on New Romulus Command Center.
    - More "Romulan" and definetly 'Reman" unique ground armor/weapon sets.
    - Romulan Academy for recruitment and DoFF missions.
    - Romulan Senate for Recruitment and DoFF missions.
    - A Proper Full Carrier Starship.
    - T'Varo Warbird as a Hangar Pet.
    - Liberated Romulan / Reman Borg BoFF with appropriate costume.
    - Romulan / Reman Android/Photonic BoFF.
    - Romulan / Reman / and (most importantly) Ally BoFF "grinder" on New Romulus.
    - Introduce a few older "canon" ships.
    - Slightly Smaller T4 variant of the D'Dex that has a better turning circle and turn rate than Pluto.
    - Slightly smaller T4 variant of the Harpy, that's more nimble and doesn't have the dual hull
    - More Romulan mission givers/mission contacts.
    - Feathers/Bird of Prey Decals for all Romulan ships.
    - Romulan and Reman Ship Materials useable on Allied vessels.
    - ROMULAN BRIDGES; REMAN BRIDGES; OUR OWN BoFF's on those bridges.
    - BoFF's no longer take on the former captains alignment.
    - Romulan specific time travel mission, with a Romulan/Reman specific reward.
    - Romulan's should be able to "team" up regardless of their alignment choice.
    - Open(read: unrestricted) colour palette for Romulan/Reman/Ally uniforms.
    - "Reman" weapons/devices/clothing options.
    - More variety in hair options.
    - Romulan/Reman Jewelry.
    - More purely Romulan story lines.
    - More Romulan specific/related mission dialogues
    - More ship interior options
    - Being able to set up your own trophies on your ship
    - Scimitars ship decks (main level, engineering, etc.)
    - More playable species.
    - Open up New Romulus with more "living" areas and more of a "city" to run around.
    - Reman Quarter/ Reman Enclave visitable.
    - Romulan/Reman Melee weapons.
    - Romulan/Reman computer voice.
    - Make the 'Romulan Flotilla" fully functional AND ONLY ACCESSIBLE to Romulan/Reman players.
    - Romulan & Reman Doffs via commendation achievements.
    - Romulan/Reman ground pets.
    ...

    TL,DR

    - More and/or fixed Ships
    - More and/or fixed Weapons
    - More and/or fixed Tailor Options.
    - More and/or fixed ships customizations.
    - More and/or fixed BoFF missions and availability.
    - More and/or fixed DoFF missions and availability.

    ...

Unlikely to happen but thrown in:

    - Improved/Customizable/Dischargable Tovan.
    - Full independence.(after level 50)
    - Choose to NOT ally at level 10
    - If above, choose to join either Romulan Empire/Tal Shiar or Romulan Republic.
Oh, hoho hohhhhh, Oh,, hoho, hohhhhh

Funny how people want to "rejoin" the Romulan Star Empire when is dead and rotting (in the storyline is show that the Romulans military leaders are fighting over the control of the empire since Sela's abduction in cutting the cord, The Tal'shiar is in the same state and they only want to rebuild the empire though immoral means [keep in mind that MOST Romulans hate the Tal'shiar and DURING the empire's days, they were the reason of they constant paranoia and telling them what to do and how to behave])

    My wish list is;
Romulan Republic Independence (Expanded Alliance, Capable to go both ESD and Qo'nos but still allied with one Faction)
    Rework in the Romulan Storyline.
More Romulan Warbirds (Science Oriented Ships) (More bird-like design or based on the D'Deridex Class)
Romulan Full-fledge carrier (Two Hangars with Kestrel and Terciel Shuttles and T'Varon Pets)
More Romulans Bridge/Interiors + Expanded Scimitar Interior
More Romulan Clothing options + Jewelry.
    Expanded Tal'Shiar Uniforms
Expansion in the Reman Uniform (capes, shoulder pads, more face mask/devices)
Expansion in the Romulan Uniforms (More Federation/Klingon inspired uniforms + More Republic Uniform Variety)
Republic Aliens able to use Reman uniforms (Shinzon wasn't a reman but a cloned human ^_^)
Discount in the Romulan Republic Reputation (Come on! we are Romulans, is our weaponry we are talking about!)

    and Lastly

Animal Alien Race (Lol Just Kidding)

Just to mention the above point I see no difference with that idea then what the rommies have now. Just being able to add the illusion of being a independent faction by being able to go to the "enemy" homeworld too.

I don't see anything wrong in letting people choose between the Romulan Republic, and the Romulan Star Empire.
The main reason people got pigeon-holed into a sub-faction was because the former Ep Dan Stahl said they 'wanted to keep Pvp in the game red v blue. Not red v blue v green.' And they didn't want people playing "baddies" But since they'll be changing the pvp system soon and getting rid of the antiquated system anyway, the first point is no longer a valid reason. (not that it ever was) nor really is the second cause different factions are more then Black and white hats.
Despite the comic book champions online/flamboyant 60's style of writing we see for all "villains" and "heroes" in game

Romulans need their own fleet holdings and there is plenty of art in game to make this happen either using the station from S'hariens swords or the station from the mirror universe event. and using the interior from S'harien station or the map from the romulan flotilla and add a few levels. not to mention having their own fleet system not piggybacked onto the fed or Klingon fleet system.

Yes but it would be an interesting story arc or offer different game play. Your fleet could be one of those groups vying for power/influence. It might get a little more RTS like but how well (and big) your fleet contributes would also provide some sort of internal Romulan Star Empire ranking, which in turn affects your fleet acquires more resources (colonies, outposts, or whatever), additional ships, and personnel to your banner. Admittedly it might work better for the Klingons with their Houses and a more stable government. Either way, your "fleet level" translates to your fleet ranking and from that, the latest ships and technology from Romulan Star Empire science and engineering.

The Romulan upper tiers of technology baseline would be more so from the Romulan efforts to reverse engineer and adapt Borg technology.

Okay, my primary character is UFP (but only because he's a Fleet Master) and my favourite is KDF (I really do love my Ferasan, the best purchase I've made in this game), but my second favourite character is my first Romulan, so this is something I care about. In fact, I love all my Romulan characters, the more because they aren't (quite) Tal-Shiar, but the Romulan Republic is not a true faction. I can't go on Romulan based missions with other Romulan characters if our 'faction isn't matching'.

Why? Surely the politics between a Klingon allied Romulan and a Federation allied Romulan is up to their players? Surely they could be ordered to work together and/or complete missions together? This isn't the English or American Civil War; families torn in two by the ethical, religious or political choices of one or two members, it's Star Trek. This is Gene's idealistic hope for the future that is all about seeing past our differences and stronger because of it.

Until I, as a Romulan character, can freely team up with any other Romulan character and choose, between myself and my Romulan Brothers and Sisters, how to deal with any ethical and political strife as a result of choosing a different allegiance, the Romulan Republic will not be a true Faction. There are plenty of Fed characters that would sooner die than work with Klingons, but they're not precluded from playing the game with Fed characters that are Klingon, why is that any different except at a game mechanics level?

Of course, this won't stop me playing, but it's a gripe I shouldn't have - Cryptic should have not have released RR in such a limited way.

The other thing I want to see is more ships, but not at end-game level. Where is the option at lower ranks. The Dhelan is kinda Sciencey, the Mogai is kinda Escorty and, of course, the D'Deridex and Arkif are obvious, but until we get to lvl 30 we have no flexibility, we have no options except spending money real world money or hoarding dilithium. Something a bit more Cruisery at Tier 2 and 3 would be better than fantastic.

Finally, given the Tal-Shiar's apparent obsession with Borg technology, it is unlikely they haven't developed something akin to the Omega, Honour Guard and MACO kits, and it would be fantastic if these could be added in somewhere.

Now that the menace to STO (Dan Stahl) is long gone, but unfortunately not long forgotten because his poor decisions will plague this game for a long time, perhaps it's time to revisit what we were originally promised, A FULL ROMULAN FACTION.

No more bull**** excuses that it can't be done, Kerrat and it's PvPvE is more than enough example that three faction battles could be done.

Simply add in the lore that since Sela's disappearance more Romulan Star Empire citizens have been defecting to the Romulan Republic and they are now strong enough to stand on their own without aid from the Federation or KDF. Leave the lower lvl PvE events as are for the lower level characters, but then open up medium/hard PVE/PVP events for a three faction system. Then give fleets the option to "copy" their fleetbase (one time only) to a dedicated Romulan fleet.

A couple of story missions could be worked in that showcase the new Romulan Republic independence from foreign aid, the typical Klingon whining, the typical Federation "but you can't do it without us" and the ever Typical "The hell you do" battle response from the Romulan Star Empire and there you go.

You already have the exterior and interior maps that could be used for the Romulan Fleetbase, the coding groundwork for PvPvE can't be all that difficult to adapt for PvPvP, and the switch to a Romulan Republic faction isn't any more difficult to do than it was to implement having to select either the Federation of KDF as an ally in the first place.

Then focus on winding down the imaginary Federation/Klingon war and finally bring in the Iconians for season 10.

Hell Tovan could be the first casualty of the newly open war with the Iconians allowing those that hate him to remove him and at the same time pick up a free replacement officer. Maybe a rescued Iconian prisoner?

I'll try to limit it to the one most important thing for me (they'd be plenty more):

No KDF/FED-specific dialogues for my Romulan character anymore, please. Revisit all texts of the cross-faction missions (mostly the FEs) and adapt them accordingly. For me, this is the most severe immersion.breaker.

    My list as follows:

    LET US BE INDEPENDANT!

A few more varieties of warbirds lower than T5. I know we can play with other faction's ships, but it would be nice to have the option of it.

As stated before, A few more science vessels be nice for the sci captains.

I would like to see a RomRep version of the Avenger/Mogh

No Feddies or Klinks on my bridge. This is a Warbird of the romulan Republic.

I would like more uniform options other than going back to TOS and TNG, more bridge interiors
Especally for the Scims. I was invited on one... and its deprressing on that bridge (and the thalaron room is an OSHA violation waiting to happen). Plus The bridge needs chairs, Must be painful to stand watch.

I don't see even D'Tan and the Republic accepting a race that makes sport out of hunting Romulans.

They can be purswade to hunt elseware: on holodeck or on Borg, 8472 ect. That make them worty allays.
Hirogen hunting grounds are between Alpha and all fun that is in Delta: Borg, 8472 and Voth. You think that Borg don't assimilte Hirogens? The can be great tactical drones! ;) Maybe Hirgoens need ally?
If Sela make diplomatic contacts with them, why Rom Republic can't? Captain Janeway did so D'Tan can too.

If that not enouht for You then making Hirogens a race that can be buy for all fractions in STO. Joined Trills are for Fed and KDF, then some Hirogen maruders can be in rank of Starfleet/KDF/RomRep. Remember that Hirogens are not only blinde hunters. In episodes of ST: Voyager when holograms run and kill hunters, Voyager have on board some risonable Hirogen technician, great asset to Federation. 7 of 9 meet some old and homorable Hirogen warrior on Tsunkaste arena, he would fit to KDF and Romulan Republic with no problem.

I could agree with a z-store hirogen race unlock for any/all factions. Similarly I could see that for Breen. That would keep them rare and represent the minority few that aren't the walking stereotypes for their race.

More science ships. Seriously, in TNG Romulans where quite sci oriented

The developers aren't unaware of this. They specifically made a point of Romulans being more sci oriented when talking about lor pre-release. I took that as a sign that science would be well catered to for this faction but sadly that could not be further from the truth.

The Romulan D-7 Bird of Prey needs to be available to Romulans.
The actual city on New Romulus needs to be accessible.
    This includes the Reman area.
    More Romulan hubs/star bases.
More Romulan Independence from the alliance.
    Add a Senate Building.
Add an Academy for the R.R.
Romulans not referred to as "Starfleet" or as "Klingon" in several missions.
Mostly everything everyone else has said with emphasis of the above.

    * an expanded New Romulos
    * more Romulan-Assigments (chains to expand the influence of the Republic/ making contact with Imperial Remants/ TS, the possibility to give romulan refugees a new home at Romulos in exchange for better Romulan officers, forcing inor power to surrender to the Republic - not mostly KDF/ Star Fleet missions)
    * a more imperial-style Republic who have a policy of open arms towards Imperial Remants and parts of the TS
    * weaker influence of the Re-Unificationists around D'Tan, a strong Senat and political powers with strong ties to the Imperial Past

    Short term:
    1) Full color pallete options of costumes for kdf romulans (especially missing romulan teal/green)
    2) Nemesis (ENT) uniform
    3) Shield Absorptive Frequency Generator healing cap same as solanae set hull healing (pls sisters and brothers don't kill me). FAW scimitars are able permanently to mass-produce a huge amount of damage therefore they have still full shields without another shield healing abilities (btw i have valdore console so i know what it can do), when they have 25k dps (some of them have more) it is average 1250 shield heal per second
    4) XII republic plasma weapons (repeater pistol etc.)
    5) Security officer, library access (datachips, lore questions) at NR commmand center

    Long term:
    1) No more Mr. Nice Romulan! Independence with own fleets and romulan starbases (in Gasko style). The romulans are not StarWars republic rebels (even if we have Tovan Skywalker). Thx for Mind Game episode where i can feel like a proper romulan
    2) No more oversized ships (Ar'kif 560m. turn 16 , Ha'nom 1305m turn 10 etc. in comparison with Galaxy 642m turn 6)
    3) Science ship similar to R'Mor (i am glad already i have R'Mor) or at least teal skin for Dyson ship, lower level version of this ship
    4) Battlecruiser (Avenger/Mogh-like), not everyone wants flying in oversized overpowered reman creature
    5) Two hangar carrier
