I don't think it's a conspiracy -- I just don't trust PWE. I think their business model proves they can't always be taken at their word. *and* they have a record of not listening to customer feedback (like bug reports, constructive criticism on FE's, C-Store suggestions, and such). If I isn't a game killer (or a money maker) they don't care. They want our money, not our loyalty.

I claimed it without any problems. I hope to see more Starfleet characters around wearing this uniform now that so many people can get it for free. Love seeing actual Star Trek stuff in this game.

Where do I find the pants for this costume?
I thought they wore long loose pants on DS9.
I assume the free costume comes with the pants as shown on the models in the store?
Or is that a different pant option shown on the models? What am I missing?
I see the "jacket" in the tailor (and it looks great, thank you)
but nothing DS9 related for pants for the free costume.
(There are a few DS9 pants on the "full" list but those are for extra Zen)

If you already have it, you can't get it for free because *you already have it* not because anybody lied for any reason. It's because, and I can't emphasize this enough, it's a permanent account unlock that you already have.

There are no DS9 pants. The pants used for the uniform are the TNG pants. The unlock only gives you the top part of the uniform.

An Exchange purchase is a single-character unlock. The C-Store as account-unlock - every Fed character on your account can now use the DS9 uniform.
STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.
Just for those folks who feel like they got nothing. Enjoy, and thanks Alienware.

Unfortunately, while on Risa, the chats were blowing up by people who were less than satisfied with FREE items. Items that Cryptic and PW would be losing monies over. However, AS A THANK YOU to the players, all Cryptic and PW get was a SLAP in the FACE.

The reason seem to be that i bought a game pack, not sure which, but in that pack i was supposed to get uniforms.
The uniform that was with the game was the DS9, but i never could claim it because it said it was discontinued.
I hope this will not affect the giveaway on ALL days but just this time.
