If the uniform does not show in C-store appearance tab, you DO own it.
Okay, I'm not trying to be rude but do not try to apply the DS9 bundle in the tailor as this is for an admirals jacket, NOT the DS9 uniform being given away. Go to the uniform tab at the bottom of the appearance page in any tailor and look under "Upper". The DS9 jacket should have a green check by it.
If, and only IF, it does not appear where I'm telling you, file a ticket as it would be a genuine bug, otherwise it is a PEBCAK issue.

I was unlucky today. But hey ho can't complain. This give away is a rarity for any MMO to do. By doing this (although there are some that would disagree) it shows that PWE and Cryptic do value their players.
As I said: Tried this and the tailer wants 550 Points from me...I definitly don't own this uniform.
I can see both DS9 Uniform types: DS9 and DS9 Admiral (which is 2250 points <- does someone realy pay this much for something noone ever notice ingame?).
And when I use the DS9 jacket for example the purchase says it costs 550 points...

The open jacket is from the "Open Jackets" bundle and the Admiral jacket is from the "DS9 Bundle" which costs so much because it includes the Chafee shuttle, vedek robes and bajoran phasers.
The one you should see just says Deep Space Nine with a green check mark next to it and should be above the one saying "open" (it is in mine).

Agreed. Those complaining about complainers and "QQ-ing" are much more annoying than the original complainers. So by extension my complaining about the those complaining about complainers must be extremely offensive, lol.
People could have obtained it through the Collector's Editiion, C-Store, Lobi Store, lockbox drop, and the Exchange. If it is not working, then check the Fed Tailor to see if it is already there. You can always check another Fed alt to see if it was only purchased for a specific Fed alt.

Ahhh, the "Collector's Edition" I did purchase! Got that for the Red Matter Capacitor so never noticed the uniform offering in the written material for the edition, and there was nothing in the Z-Store to indicate the purchase of the uniform in relation to it. Also, I did not realize the only element of the DS9 uniform being offered today is the "Upper" in the advanced tab. Scrolled through the 54 other elements in that list and did find "Deep Space Nine" listed.
