Well the first reply I received was of course one of their copy-and-paste responses that had nothing to do with the Galor, any lockbox ship, the dilithium store at all, the Romulan faction, or the liberated borg toon, all of which were mentioned in my query to them. Once I called them out on their nonsense reply is when the answered back with the "ditch the Galor and get another one" response.
I understand glitches in the game, and I understand that it takes the developers time to isolate and correct glitches. I get that. I just simply don't understand how this passes for customer support. This support agent is either uncaring, untrained, inept, or actively out to sabotage the reputation of this company, all of which should internally be investigated by those responsible as this is causing at least one paying customer to keep his wallet closed when it comes to this game now.

Nah, they would have given him a much better job! This is just a poor slob they pay $2 bucks an hour, to keep the semblance of having a viable support department.

Doesn't make his reply any less responsible, though. Some might even say it's 'criminally negligent' tp suggest people destroy valuable property that cannot be replaced without buying it again (and yes, in this context, an 800 Lobi ship can be considered a property of value).
If I were PWE, I would let go of that support agent the same day. Then again, if I were PWE, I would have instructed my devs to thoroughly test LoR before release to begin with.
In my case for example, i can't buy the Jemmi Fighter Carrier Pets (not the JHAS Pets), because the shop does not recognizes that i have the Jemmi Dreadnought.
And don't tell me to discard the ship and get a new one. That is no solution for Lobi- and Lockbox Ships!!! :mad:

We are working on a resolution and hope to have it out for testing on Tribble as soon as possible, and then to Holodeck after that.

Now im not computer engineer or fancy scientist but i cannot understand why I used to be able to buy things... but for about A MONTH now I have not been able to. WTF is going on man, how can a buisness continue to operate that has its high end products in such awul quality? Thats like going to a night club and paying $500 for bottle service at a table only to find out that the bottle service consist of being served a chilled glass full of dog s*** by someone thats just has headphones in ignoring you.
People put a lot of money into aquiring these ships and plan on it for weeks. For us to finally get them only to discover that the basic idea behind it is broken and being ignored by you guys sucks. You guys almost act like TRIBBLE it they will play anyways.. maybe you dont realize that with star citizen and rome total war 2 on the way this subpar customer service is going hurt ya bad.
I love the game and have invested way more money than I care to admit and have endured more bugs than I care to admit but this is insane. Dont give us the copy paste response to problems just do your job.
This game is almost UNPLAYBLE by now, i still cannot buy any Jem'Hadar fighters or Jem'Hadar attack ship hangar pets for my Dreadnought & Escort carriers. Even though i own all three different Jem'Hadar ships in my hangar! The game still simply does not "recognize" them! I have sent about 8 bug reports without any answers! I have bought life time subscription, so i am a paying customer who demands answers and FIXES!
Now to add to the insult the Azure Nebula crashes to me constantly. (Both Tholian Red Alert and normal PvE queue one)

This bug has been around for over three weeks FFS! It affects hundreds if not thousands of players! Cryptic you are a bad company for doing nothing that community is begging for. You only add new bugs like the Azure Nebula crash!
Give the damn Jem'Hadar pets already and other ships pets that are bugged! We are getting tired of you doing nothing and spitting on your own community!
We already brought down the Tribble server for maintenance to apply a new update.
