I have a Galor for my romulan Borg toon. I transferred the spiral wave Disruptors from the galor onto my d'deridex and decided I'd like to buy another. I opened up the dilithium store but the spiral wave Disruptors were greyed out. I have more than enough dilithium. When I clicked on it it says that in order to purchase the beams you must own a Cardassian Galor, which I do have, and yes, it's opened up on the same romulan Borg toon that I'm trying to buy the spiral waves on. Is this a new bug? Does it only apply to fed romulan faction, or only to romulan Borg characters? Anyone else having this problem?
I still have the galor, it's not deleted. I did try your suggestion of setting the galor as my active starship but alas, same problem. Seems pretty weird when you have the galor set as active and the game tells you that you can't buy the beams because you don't own the galor lol!

I even tried going into sector space, in my Galor, and buying the Spiral Wave Disruptors from the d-store - same message, that I must own the Galor to buy the disruptors.
Anybody know if this is only affecting Romulans, or maybe just Fed-Romulans?
I have encountered this bug before when the Galor was not my current ship. It worked when buying from ground with Galor set as current (Fed toon). All I can suggest is renaming or discharging another ship and mixing up the ship roster order. This usually messes up my skill tray so it might trigger something else...
Thanks for the tip! I switched to my Galor, then tried buying the beams on the ground and in space - no luck. I dropped a ship, then renamed a ship, then dropped another ship, and even bought another ship, attempting to purchase in between each change but still no luck.
I of course also requested GM help, but as far as I've ever been able to tell, that actually does nothing as I've never received any in-game response ever, only copy and pasted emails with no relevant information.
I'm still holding out faint hope that a dev will see this and maybe work out a fix for this issue. Until then, I'll have to run a mish-mash of spiral wave disruptors and regular disruptors, looking like a rainbow ship
Ok can someone tell me why the attacker is required for the pet again? I'm just wondering seeing as i just got my dreadnaught. An when will the chance at the attacker be available again? This seem kind of like a money grab seeing as i just spent the time and some r/l cash to get this so I was just wondering.
So, I have the Kumari, but it won't let me purchase the Andorian phasers in the dil store. It says that I don't have the Andorian escort.. but I do. What gives is there a fix? or is it a bug that just hasn't been fixed yet?

Got the romulan dreadnaought 3-pack, the scimitar is my active ship. Yet when I try to purchase the scorpion or drone pet I get an error says "romulan dreadnaought not owned". WTF? I own all 3 of them plus one is even the active ship!

3) If you were attempting to purchase the Fleet version, did the store you were accessing have sufficient Provisions to support your purchase?
1.The scimitar was the third dreadnaught I had unpacked, had unpacked and then deleted the other 2 types before in order to grab the consoles. Briefly entered the Qonos system to set up my hotbar, then went back to the shipyard. Also tried changing instance and relogging, all to no avail.
2.Both the scorpion and drone pets were unavailable on the ec vendor, and the drone was unavailable on the dil vendor (didn't see a dil advanced scorpion at all).
3.Just the normal and advanced versions, fleet isn't there yet.
Then I opened an engineer or science version, this gave me access to the pets, but that access disappeared as soon as I discharged that ship again. What eventually worked was dismissing and reclaiming the scimitar, so evidently the ship itself was bugged. There is one oddity in the claiming process: I orginally claimed the bundle (while on Risa), not the individual ships, and ended up with 6 boxes instead of 3, 2 of each type. Deleted half before unpacking them at the Qo'nos shipyard.

Solution: I was in the Falchion, and had dismissed my Scimitar and Tulwar. I reclaimed my Scimitar and Tulwar and opened them (taking up my two free ship slots), and the ships became purchasable. Seems ya need at least the Scimitar (the last one I opened before it went purchasable) or all three ships.
I am having the same issue with the Scimitar that I purchased today. I unpacked it at the Armada, and outfitted. Went out for test drive and then went to New Romulus and wanted to buy the Romulan Drones from the vendor on New Romulus, but they are grayed out and says that I must own any of the 3 dreadnoughts. I am not going to do what you did since I only own the one.

when scimitars came out i was able to buy
the scimitar pets, but 2 days ago it bugged
and now i am unable to buy the pets.
I didn't look at it too much, but I did notice that on my KDF Rom at New Romulas command, int he EC store, all of the carrier pets I coudl see available (I didn't but any of them, but they had the usual available look and not greyed out) were all FED. I had just gotten the Dreadnaught, had all three actually, and could not buy either the romulan drone ship or any scorpians.
I also had the Scimitar 3 pack on a FED Rom character, and a day or so before this, it worked fine. I haven't tried it on that character since. When I get back to the game I'll see if that character still can. But this might be something between FED and KDF Roms.

I have checked the Dilithium shop, Lobi shop, and Zen store. They seem to have vanished.
Was this an error or is it a deliberate removal?

If not, set the Galor as your current ship and see if you can buy the D-Store Spirals then.
I may be wrong, but if you don't have the Galor as your active ship, the game might not let you buy extra Spiral Wave Disruptors.
Hopefully this is the solution to your problem.

The advanced drone is under specials, not where the normal pets are. No advanced scorpion.

logged in/out several times, changed space<->ground - i'm not able to buy the "Advanced Romulan Drone Ship" from Dil-Store.
