    ok so i just got another message back from customer service. the answer they gave me has absolutely nothing to do with the question i was asking.

    i didnt ask for any information about actions taken on another player's account im asking about the dilithium store issue. i responded to that by asking to speak to some one of authority maby ill get some better luck traveling down that path.

    I take it this section of the forums is a no go zone for mods and community managers?
    As with filing a bug report ticket!
    If no one looks there why is it there in the first place??

    This is happening to me too. I have two characters with Galor. One of them can buy the Spiral Wave Disruptor while the other can't. This bug seems to have occurred recently since the one that can't buy the weapon now could actually buy the weapon about a week ago.

    Yep. It is about maybe a slightly over a week long BUG and it affects MANY PLAYERS. It simply does not "register" if you bought & opened the ship reward box into your hangar within that week it wont simply "register" that you actually OWN IT! WE SHOULD ALL CRY FOR A FIX ON THIS ISSUE! MANY OF US ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS AND WE WANT OUR MONEYS WORTH AND NOT A BUGGED GAME!

    They SHOULD FIX THIS IN NEXT PATCH ASAP! (it is different if they will, we can only hope so)

    and that patch will break something else, and if that something else is fixed by other patch then it will resurrect this bug we are talking about in this thread along with breaking other things.

    Don't get your hopes high. It will be fixed "soon"

    Indeed this bug has been now over two weeks annoying people and not letting them play the type of ships they bought for their hard earned credits and valuable time!

    The game simply does not register that you have the "All Three Jem'Hadar Space Ships in same hangar on same character"

    PLEASE FIX THIS! My characters full name is: Veno'xia@injector2u

    She is a KDF aligned Romulan Female tactical officer level 50 who owns all three different Jem'Hadar ships in her hangar but cannot even buy the blue pets, let alone from the dilithium store! So please fix this now asap!

    lol, hard earned EC's put to waste on a hangar that is outclassed by 3 different frigate hangars now..

    I am sorry to those of you that thought paying 400 million EC for an average escort on the exchange was a good deal whatsoever. It was not. especially for a ship that is over 2 years old and pretty much made obsolete with fleet rommie escorts and the risian vette, rofl

    even the hangar bays are just blah...lol

    same goes for vo'quv and brel.


    i obtained my carrier at lvl 40, and bought a mirror vo'quv both idnt count. unfportunately i cant reclaim the ships.


    please fix this issue.

    my suggestion is: you cannot obtain the pets because for the rares you have to be on ground map, while on ground, you have no ship at all, --> error. no carrier obtained - no pets for buying.

    I have the same problem. I bought a kumari and I can not buy weapons in the store Andorian or dilithium or the fleet.

    You are wrong. The JH Attack Ship remains the best escort in game due to its survivability, firepower, BoFF layout, and maneuverability. If fitted right, especially with fleet weapons or reputation weapons, this thing is NASTY. I would imagine you do not own one otherwise you wouldn't be talking all of this nonsense. There is a very good reason why the ship is as expensive as it is.

    Average escort....are you serious?! For you to especially compare the Attack Ship to the Risan Corvette is pathetic since there's no comparison. The BUG will win every time. Comparing the Bug ship to the Risan Corvette is as humorous as watching .45 vs. 9mm on Youtube...there's just no comparing. They are 2 very different animals and I would put my Bug up against any other escort in game.

    Bought a Recluse (well bought the keys for the lock boxes to get the lobi... paid with $ so I bought it) and I cant get any tholian hanger pets... says I don't own the ship.... abuh? all the game has to do is parse my inventory to see that yes... not only do I own it but its my primary ship and I have been using it to kick some borg TRIBBLE... would love to Royally Kick Borg TRIBBLE.... but I need better pets for that... so Cryptic... where is the fix?

    The whole Dilithiumshop is bugged! No purchase of Jemmi Fighters, no purchase of Andorian Weapons, no purchase of galor weapons, and so on.

    The shop just does not recognizes that you fulfill the requirements for the purchase.

    No requirements on them are changing - the store just needs to be showing them again.
    does this mean no? we can not get the bug pets or no, the requirements are changing? the comma means a lot. well for me any way. one way says yes you can get the pets without the attack ship and the other way is no, you still need the bug ship to meet the requirements to get the bug pets.

    Whole Dilithiumshop is bugged. There are several threads. It does not recognizes correctly if you fullfil the requirements for purchase. The drop and regain of Zenships maybe work. But this does not work for Lobiships like the Jemmi Dreadnought (Jemmi Fighters). Same problem with Galor and their Diliweapons.

    Of course, we must bear in mind that the Galor is a lockbox ship, so the only way to reclaim it is to win a new one by purchasing potentially hundreds of keys to open lockboxes simply to TEST this support agent's theory.

    To me, that advice sounds like if you'd purchased a new car but the trunk wouldn't open, then contacted the company regarding the issue and was told, "well, if you throw that car away and purchase another one from us, perhaps the new one will work properly."

    Utter garbage. This really is a new low; not just for this game but for "Customer Support" in general.

    Yeah, that really IS a new low. Can't believe they replied that! I mean, it's one thing to suggest you try and reclaim your Chimera or something. But a lockbox ship?! Really!?

    Now, before someone comes in, and says support probably didn't know what a Galor was, that's not really helping their case.

    I guess that don't bode well for my ticket about not being able to buy the Jem'hadar attack ship pets. i rather not gather another 400 million EC to try that.

    O well i guess ill see in a months time if my answer is gonna be the same.

    They do take their time replying don't they.

    Makes me wonder if these "support" people have even played the game. They might as well suggest you delete system32 while they're at it.

    Well the first reply I received was of course one of their copy-and-paste responses that had nothing to do with the Galor, any lockbox ship, the dilithium store at all, the Romulan faction, or the liberated borg toon, all of which were mentioned in my query to them. Once I called them out on their nonsense reply is when the answered back with the "ditch the Galor and get another one" response.

    I understand glitches in the game, and I understand that it takes the developers time to isolate and correct glitches. I get that. I just simply don't understand how this passes for customer support. This support agent is either uncaring, untrained, inept, or actively out to sabotage the reputation of this company, all of which should internally be investigated by those responsible as this is causing at least one paying customer to keep his wallet closed when it comes to this game now.

    Having trouble with the same glitch. I would gladly buy another Galor if Cryptic was kind enough to put 90 million EC in my account.
