Judging by M'learned friend Mr. Broken here, looks like LAG wasn't the only fleet automatically signed up to fill spots

Anyone notice the pattern? The precedence? Same people! Same fleets! Doing same thing!
People know what you're all about now.
Not allowed to play? Didn't get your team registered?
Well news flash, recent events at bootcamp have disallowed you to teach your methods to the rest of the community. You all know what I am talking about. You threatened to pull the bootcamp TS from under those whom use it. This community recuperated from all your BS quite frankly, and would like something nice now. Yet, you somehow think that people will forgive and forget what you have done?!?! You actually have that kind of audacity to come on here?!?!
This isn't paranoia, it's fact. You guys just don't know how to play nice. Now two things can happen, you either derail this tournament too and it gets added to the two links above if not more. Or you let these good folks have their tournament without the BS they hoped for. Otherwise, you'll continue to be the enfranchised group of people who have consistently strained this community at large.
Get lost if you have nothing constructive to add. If fact, just get lost period.
Moderators enforce your forum from further infractions on what this was supposed to be, a constructive event for the PvP community. Please and thank you!

Umm, I can't tell a thing from the first link. Everyone's been hidden behind Archived Post. How do you know who they are? I'd like to find out too.
On the second link, though....some fleets are the same, yeah, but they don't seem to be the same people. At least, not the same accounts. Not in the first 5 or so pages anyway.
Not to mention the one of the two with the largest number of redacted posts in the thread was actually an organizer of the second thread.
There was quite a bit more derailing going on in the first few pages of this thread about rules of the tourney, and there were no posters that I saw from the previous thread.
Really now, I don't see why they can't ask why they have seemingly been barred from the tourney. It's a legit question to ask about the signups.
No offense, but I think that whoever you are, and whatever grievance you have, you're being a bit paranoid.
Newsflash: The bootcamp team sat down and took a look at everything presented to them and found nothing.
So you might not want to also be a part of the witch hunt and the inflated rumors and lies that have been thrown around.
If any teams weren't allowed to enter at the start, then that should have been stated up front.
Mr. 2 posts since June 2013, "Get lost if you have nothing constructive to add. If fact, just get lost period."
Take your own advice.
This is indeed correct. Boot Camp has entirely been clear on this from the start. We have also through investigation and observation seen that there is a small group with axes to grind against the folks accused.

Are you bias Mr. Bootcamp? Or even flip flop on subjects such as these? Anyway Mr. Bootcamp, here's what you said so there's some consolation in your ironic approach on this forum...
From the bootcamp website itself:
To all Coaches, Students and Participants of Boot Camp,
As some of you may well be aware of, there has been an issue of some debate and contention circulating in the PvP community in regards to the fair use of third party applications inside of STO by some of the community members. we we recently asked how we would deal with this in terms of Boot Camp.
Before I give you Boot Camp?s stance on this issue, I need to first emphasize that all actions we take in Star Trek Online are governed by strict Terms of Service which Perfect World have sole discretion on.
Everything we do as players must and should always aspire to fulfill that relationship.
As Boot Camp, we've been placed in a rather unique and unexpected point of mediation in this matter, as our students look towards us for providing them with answers.
Boot Camp remains objective in the matter, irrespective of personal feelings or relationships we have agreed that the decision we make is in the best interests of our students and PvP.
The question before us is whether the fair use by some of the community of external software to mirror functionality already being used by modern gaming keyboards and mouse?s found in the marketplace can be considered as exploitative? And does it qualify as an unfair advantage over someone else?
The rule of thumb which should always be applied is really a simple one. Anything that is questionable remains suspicious. When mighty Joe Young warps into C&H or Arena for the first time his impressions of the PvP community are held up to the light of day. He looks to us for guidance and molds his opinions on the attitude and reflections of the community. He holds us to higher regard.
Perceptions are not easily changed. Whether or not the utility, which has been thoroughly examined by members of the community which I respect and trust, is harmless is not the question we should really be asking ourselves.
Can we honestly say that it cannot be? Speaking as a developer in the world of Software Developing, cross-site scripting attacks are becoming more and more prevalent and capable, and companies lose large sums of revenue trying to prevent this ?potential for malicious behavior.?
A line needs to be drawn at some point. While I do not speak on behalf of Cryptic the principle that can be easily applied is that if the potential for abuse exists, there exist a group of users that will try and circumvent governance and exploit it.
I've been assured that the originators of this issue deeply regret any wrongdoing and that they have volunteered to sanction themselves from tournaments for the foreseeable future. The Germans have a word called Schadenfruede, which means taking pleasure in someone else?s misfortune. We would be well to remind ourselves of this.
We suffer from the human condition, and we are all prone to making errors of judgment. As a community we should support one another more than ever now, and bring these people back into the fold. They are our own, and they have a home. We can choose to build bridges or burn them down.
So I leave you with this.
Boot Camp acknowledges that there exist means of what some consider assisted play, but only support aspects that have met with the approval of Cryptic, such as the in-game use of keybinds offered by the game itself.
We do not encourage, promote or teach any skills with rely on questionable mechanics.
We are united in our continued journey to welcome new PvPers to the fold.

Actually a few attacked the group you are trying to belittle... Hence why bootcamp isn't hosted by me anymore. I said last year when bootcamp started, it was a OPEN ground for ALL. Attacking one group, and removing them from the server. Line Drawn... That is childish and just goes to show the nature of the community.
I have always been happy to share with the community and for the most part I try to have fun. Constantly being attacked isn't fun. Grow the **** up. It's a game after all. This isn't RL. If it were well... Done here because I have nothing nice to say to **** bags like you.
Is the reason for 'no cloaks' in this thread somewhere?
No warbirds unless they gimp themselves? No KDF BoPs? What's up with that?

Bloody hell it's a forum mod! Here I thought they steered clear of this section.
To whomever is randomly bashing on Drk re BC. - The VA's at that time were being pushed and pulled by both anti & pro groups concerning any evidence of 3rd party mechanics. In the end we decided the best way to solve our view on said subject and stay imparcial was to consult with Cryptic and toe their view on it. Which was any of the said programs not listed in their regulations were against the game mechanic and thus bad.
I went though said program, I had people far more intelligent at coding go over it for me as well, nothing was found to denote unfair play.
As I said at the time, if actual proof is brought to life then I urge those parties to act on it. But BC won't be party to fleet politics.
Haven't we rather gone off topic rather? I likely won't even be taking part in this minefield of a tourney, I think the rules are ****. But at least let those that do have a go at it. Our fleet is hosting the following tournament, I hope the rules we lay down will be more to your liking.

Time to stop derailing an already dead tournament, kkthx.
How was I derailing? I just simply pointed out (as I saw others saying the Feds get to use their cloaks) that the Feds can not use cloaks either because its a universal console that is an active power.
Not if you use it for the passives only. as far as i understand you can pretty much put any console on your ship that you like, but you are simply disqualified if using 'several' banned ones.
The Andorian consoles are universal consoles. You may not use the clickable powers of these consoles however you may equip them to use any passive boosts the consoles may grant you.
