That's not what they're talking about. By "cards" they mean prepaid time cards for the game, or Zen cards for the C-store. Which cannot be used to buy the pack.

Probably something to do with the way he was coded. Might not have the code built-in for handling different costumes, or the costume is built into the model itself. And just swapping him out for the newer Reman design could be tricky; would really hit the fan if they tried to make the change and it somehow managed to TRIBBLE up the Boff to make him unusable (or worse, delete the old one but not add the new one in).

Side-note: If you have earned the Reman species via the New Romulus Reputation system, please log into one of you Federation or Klingon characters that has unlocked Tier 5 first -- this will then unlock the Reman species in the Romulan Republic character creator.
It is hard to claim the legacy pack if it doesnt show up under the bundles tab like its supposed to. i have looked all over the store and its nowhere to be found.
Wait I fixed it. I went back through that complete transaction email. I already did it once, but when I opened the link again, and then re-logged back in it was there.
Well, at least i'm in good company.. Paid for the legacy pack ( have the reciept) and now all i get is pink highlighted items in the store that say I dont have enough zen to purchase them.. What gives Bran??

I created a romulan and in game entered the c-store and the bundles tab. There is no romulan bundle to claim, nothing about romulans in the bundles tab. I called Perfect World customer service only to be told by an automated system to call back later. Anyone else having a problem collecting the bundle?

Well I'm very stumped. I've gone to 'complete' my starter pack purchase and it sends me to a link to download a whole new STO. Four times I did that assuming various things. The fact that when I finally break down and allow the machine download this 'new' version it sets up in less than two minutes and now I m patching all over again, and this is after playing in the game easily enough for the last two and a half hours. This is just completely ridiculous.
And this better resolve the ability for both A-in game showing my new subscription and b-Getting my blasted starter set. Which looks to be completely useless in one more level until I get to tier five.

So somewhere it recognizes I purchased it, however on my account page it does not show up under "Activated Features".

If you play with romulan or reman, what kind of bundle you can claim? A KDF can claim partial items of TOS, DS9 and other blundles to get duty and some items.

Other point is about DS9 bundle, TOS and Interprise Bundle. You can take ships, bridges and shuttles. IF a romulan become a ally of FED, he can take the same items of a FED character?
Edit: You can't claim any past promotional item or pack from STO using a romulan. Rapt, Steam pre-order, DS9 and TOS bundle, etc.
This is really worse because in the close and open tribble beta, you can take some TOS parts to use in the character creation to make your uniform. The enterprise bundle too. But in the holodeck this don't work.
In the case of the tribbles of the past seasons tests, you can't claim using a romulan.
In the case of the DS9 bundle, you can't claim the weapons or the duty cadre, like a KDF, because show a nasty error about you don't have ZEN to claim (??)
Same thing in the TOS bundle. You can't claim the TOS phasers like a KDF, because you take the same error about the lack of zen to claim, but as Bundle, this is a account-unlocked, not a individual punchase!

I can't wait to fly my T'Varo Light Warbird. I know I have to wait for the 'good' one but I've always loved this design. I think this will be a close favorite to my Jem'ha-dar Attack ship and my Defiant Class ship. I have two big decks (Escort Carrier and the Enterprise F) but these three will be my mainstays.
