I may be f2p but I spend a lot of money on zen and I would like to know if we the players will get some thing for our lost time on your game I would be happy with a master key 10 pack or some extra EC or any thing as a show of good will on your end for the lack of play time I really enjoy this game so much that I stoped playing everything else and I hope you have the problem fixed soon b4 launch of legacy good luck

All you'll get is another servercrash, tonns of buggs. They cant fix things which are broken since season 4 even when these are are just lihgt ones.

Players didnt get an ingame excuse from Craptic. even if its just a plant for yer Captains table.

Neverwinter is not the cause this week, it's the start of the Open Beta for LoR - Neverwinter Open Beta has been running all week, without any huge crashes like we ran into last weekend and are running into this weekend.

This is actually a good sign for LoR, since it's popular enough to destabilize the shared resources that they're using.

At last somebody has hit the nail on the head. Better for it to crash now than in two weeks when it goes Live. So pull up a chair and watch Star Trek.

yup - gonna think long and hard before I spend any more of my money here. Too bad, I really love STO. Will wait and see if they can get their acts together.

I am new to the game also. This is not making a very good impression (Several crashes with hours of downtime each day it seems). If I can't play, then I might as well look elsewhere for entertainment. Not a rage post, but I believe a logical conclusion to draw at this point. :(

How about we all take a couple of hours off? It's mothers day soon, go and make her a Quiche!

    Ingredients:

1 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust (see footnote for recipe link)

8 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces

1/2 cup chopped leeks (white and pale green parts only)

    1/2 cup chopped onion

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

1 pinch cayenne pepper, or more to taste

    3 eggs

    2 egg yolks

    1 cup heavy cream

    3/4 cup milk

    1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

    6 ounces shredded Gruyere cheese

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Roll pie dough to fit a 9 inch pie plate. Place bottom crust in pie plate and chill for at least 20 minutes before baking. Line the chilled pie crust with foil and fill halfway up with dried beans, rice, or baking weights. Bake in the preheated oven for 7 minutes. Remove foil and weights and bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

    Reduce oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from pan to drain. Blot out some of the oil from the skillet, leaving 1 to 2 teaspoons. Add leeks, onion, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Cook and stir until tender and browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Set aside.

Whisk eggs, egg yolks, cream, and milk together in a large bowl. Add thyme and stir to combine.

Sprinkle 1/3 onion-leek mixture on the bottom of the baked crust. Top with 1/3 cooked bacon and 1/3 Gruyere cheese. Ladle in half the egg mixture. Sprinkle with 1/3 the onion-leek mixture, 1/3 bacon, and 1/3 cheese. Pour in remaining egg mixture and top with remaining onion-leek mixture, bacon, and cheese.

Bake filled quiche in the preheated oven until browned and set, but no longer jiggly in the center, 40 to 45 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

    And as always, enjoy!

I can't wait to see how terrible things will be for LoR. We should all take a 1-2 week break and give them time to get their "house" in order.

Im not taking a break for them to get their "house" in order they should have had this covered at DAY 1, it still amazes me the amount of threads I see that say MOVED and when you click the link you get re-directed to here..... but honestly 2 outages in the same day... if this happened where I work our Head of the IT Department would be looking for a NEW JOB.....

I think I will do that. I do not want to waste time waiting to get in so that the I enjoy further lag. No reward is worth it. May 21 - May 31 is a good enough time to be off Star Trek Online.

    Okay, let's be honest now.

Everyone and their dog is panicking, trying to download the 14GB Tribble server files so they can spend two hours on Tribble to claim the special reward.

This drain on bandwidth is what's killing the game.

Easy solution: Cryptic, announce that due to the issues this weekend, everyone will get the reward regardless of whether they log into Tribble or not.

Everyone will relax. The problem will be solved instantly.

That might be contributing to the problems but the main problem is that all their games share the same server network. If STO goes down, so does Neverwinter so it is obvious that they share the same network.

They cheaped out and did not get set up a separate network for Neverwinter and THAT is what is causing these outages, I guarantee that!

I do believe that any Lifetime member or present subscriber should be awarded a month stipend of Zen and 10 lock box keys by way of compensation for paying for a service not being provided.

Each payment of compensation to be each hour or part there off that the paid for service is not available.

you pay for it with your own money under your own choice, that doesnt qualify you to make demands. its a dead issue anyway, seldom does cryptic accept grandiose delusions.
    T6 Miranda Hero Ship FTW.
Been around since Dec 2010 on STO and bought LTS in Apr 2013 for STO.
