My 'Planning to buy a Lifetime Sub' meter has been steadily dropping over the past week or two. Just saying.

I was planning on buying the special Cryptic online tribble that lets you play online even when the server is offline....but now....just saying.

I just completed Infected Conduit Elite. Before I could Take Items for the mission reward the server said not responding. I still can't sign back in. It says the request timed out. Will I get the rewards when I sign in, or are they just lost?

45 minutes in queue for tribble is NOT a good sign either though

Sure it is. It shows that lots have interest in testing the new content.

I was almost done with Admiral Bobo, the "hard" one, got "server not responding" about 6 times at wave 33. And I agree, this is getting ridiculous.

In all honesty how the hell do you people call yourselves a gaming company? This is beyond idiotic and shows you people have no damned clue what the hell you're doing, you put 2 massively high traffic games on the same server (when you have at least 2-4 others of laughably low traffic) and then wonder why the game is down more often then it is up?

You people need to higher more intelligent staff members. Anyone with basic knowledge of computers would know "if there's too much on it, it'll not work right" common guys with the amount of money people dump into here move that P.O.S game Neverwinter to another server since this game came first and is an actual cash cow compared to a beta for a game not even out yet (which in all honesty will NEVER grow to the levels this game has with the constant server down times.)

get you're TRIBBLE in order, you're losing money every second you keep the servers down (from both game aspects)

Is it just me or is Cryptic having more and more trouble these days with the server, it just crashed on me here on the east coast of the US at 2:25pm EST. I'm wondering if it is due to the Neverwinter game being launched and somehow tied into STO (which I don't see how since Neverwinter is D&D and STO is well Star Trek) I think it would be best for Cryptic to take down Neverwinter cause if I'm not mistaken the problems started when the game was launched did they not.

Should have some 'backup system' in place so as to avoid all this 'interruption' and 'negative publicity' this down time is causing.

this makes 4x in 1 week, that the server has been down..

Agreed, and Crypitc, if there is any possible way, can we please avoid doing the next month of maintenance while we wait?
I understand you guys like being as efficient as you can (no really!) but these crashes are getting out of control... along with the excessive time you need to bring it back up.

I have to say, I am a little nervous when these server crashes are happening so close to the next major update. Thats all we need, serial crashes mixed in with a game full of open-beta bugs!!!

Servers are moving at a freaking crawl, chances are you'll time out before you can log in.

This is getting ridiculous, whenever I try to login now the servers crash or there is unscheduled maintenance or the servers are just so screwed up I can't log in anyway.

Getting close to not only quitting this game, but pretty much not bothering with anymore games from Cryptic/PW. Seriously, this is a deal breaker.

Will we get at least another day of tribble testing, like Munday or Tuesday (because we can't play on our primetimes on weekends) with rewards still counting? There are people who can't play an hour on Tribble due to login Q's and if they can, the server is down. Thanks for taking this into cunsideration.

Yes because Blizzard and EA can do a better job :)

They can and do a better job. Even SOE never had the downtime issues that STO has had since day 1. I've played this game on and off over the past 3+ years now and I swear this game has the absolute worst random downtimes.

I never had these issues with WOW, Star Wars Galaxies, SWOTOR, and any other MMO I've played over the past decade+.

They do something different in how they handle the network in STO that's been a thorn in their side since day 1.
