Updated Duty Officer frames so it is more clear what faction a Duty Officer belongs to.
The rarity frames are now transparent in the upper right, and there is an icon there indicating faction.
This should make it easier when purchasing or trading duty officers to make sure that you are getting a Duty Officer that you can use.
Oh, I'm looking forward to this. That should help quite a bit. I'll be looking at the tailor for the costume fixes. I'll also be trying to spot any graphics texture changes.

I love the fact that the experimental romulan beam now not draws power when using fire at will and all the turn rate buffs especially to thr tachyokinetic
But i still think the crit bonus is buggt with faw on the exp rom beam

Geordi: Captain....well the upgrades went along smoothly but the softwere is gonna take 12 hours since the patch keeps having errors. i swear the took notes from the company back on earth in the yr 2012 called microsoft, they were famouise for crappy project and crappier patches.
