    I thought you fixed your problems with Bay Area Comcast customers? It is like playing on a dial-up modem.

    keep being disconnected from server!! ive restarted my router and laptop!! i was half way through a mission!! no setting on my system have been changed!! according to you the server is fine!! wtf

    Between the "Server Not Responding", "Server Disconnect", and Launcher not launching problems the last few hours,
    the game has become unplayable.

    The problem is obviously with the Cryptic Servers/ISP, not at my end. All my network tests are just fine.
    As a Lifetime Subscriber, I expect better service than this!

    This is not "Working as Intended"!

    thx for fix yesterday, its working great i onlny get booted every 1 inutes instead of 5 minutes before fix.

    Yup, none of the proxys work for me now. Back to square one again.

    Launcher froze after logging in. Other times it would stick at "connecting to account server." On the rare chance that I get in, I get treated to severe lag and rubber-banding.

    This seems to be a recurring problem and is seriously annoying considering you claim to be a leading MMO - players will tolerate some disruption but when the problems start to effect every session it is time to look for a different game.

    well seems i'm not the only one, for the last hour, i been trying to play star trek online......i enter an STF mission and it freezes on me....

    every 5 seconds the server freezes the screen on me... then kicks me off...


    i've tried for an hour, and i'm really pissed off about it.

    it's not my internet connection,

    ( though british internet is probably the worst in the world right now from what I've noticed.

    when ever travelling to the other countries of the west, they have , or at least in the west, in america, they have fiber optic practically EVERYWHERE. Yet here? in britian, ha , thats a laugh.

    we brits are suppose to be one of the leading nations of the world, yet are way behind in technology compared to the rest of the western world.)

    anyhow at the moment, it ain't my internet connection that's the problem, it seems to be the server for STO online.

    i hope it gets solved/fixed soon, and that when things like this happen in the future, they put down "server down" online.

    Same issues here. I was able to log in and play this morning but am now being faced with repeated disconnects. Up to today...no problems.

    Whilst I realize that these things happen, I don't think it's unreasonable for someone from cryptic/pwe to post an update. At the very least, recognition that there is an issue and that someone is looking into it

    Now its even worse for me.

    If I'm lucky I get to the character selection screen before a disconnect.
    But as soon as I pick one, I get disconnected... :(

    Same here since a week....No response from the devs.

    At the moment I can't even log into my characters. Once I log in I get to the character selection screen, I pick a character, then BAM the server times me out almost instantly. I've tried logging in three times in the last 5 minutes or so and I can't hop onto a character. I'm considering playing something else right now, although I would like to hop on and refine dil.

    Its a fact that some people experience issues with this game that others dont, it doesnt necessarily mean there is not a problem on their end.

    I had problems such as this two weekends ago, and came to the forum's for info to find a third party issue on their end was causing issues with STO and Champions also, but wasnt effecting EVERYONE and over 24 hours is was eventually sorted out.

    However, I came to play couple days ago and found the server down for "emergency maintenance"... which I was worried about because I hadnt had any issues since the third party solved their issue.

    Sure enough, when the server's came back up, i went to login in and was immediately ejected from the loading map screen... the "safe or normal mode" option was given, telling me that it was an error with the game. Since then I have been booted while map changing or lost connection mid assignment/STF no less than once every hour.

    Im pinging in the low 100s and have a great internet connection, and I am running a next to brand new HP Envy, which has had no issues whatsoever with other MMOs. There is definately bugs hiding in the cracks, however I think instead of a exterminator they just create a bigger bug to eat the others :/

    I was just playing a mission and it keeps disconnecting me for no reason, now is there an issue cryptic side or what?

    I have re-started my router several times and even rang BT to see if there are any issues with my line but they have reported back saying the line is just fine.

    anyone else getting the stuttering while gaming or?

    I can barely log on at the moment. And even after lengthy load screen, I terrible leg. Can't even move....:mad:

    I just switched to a wireless connection in the house, so that COULD account for SOME of my latency, but... no, not really. I can't stay connected for anything right now.

    timeouts, disconnections, server not responding... and massive lags resulting in slideshow, what the hell?
    this game gets more and more unplayable

    Way am i getting kicked for no reason i am a Life Sub there should be no reason way i should be getting freaking kicked.I paid for the game.And i just had my internet problems fixed so i know for a fact it is not me.

    These internet losses need to be fixed.This should be main top priority.

    I have been having some serious server issues! I`ve dced about 10 times now! plus a ton of rubberbanding ans lag! I haven`t seen it this bad ever! Game is unplayable now! I`m pretty stuborn when it comes to trying to play despite The Server issues! but tonight was bad enough where I gave up playing! gonna try again tommorow! but The way things have been the last week i`m not holding out hope!:mad::mad::mad::mad:

    The problems have stopped for me. Connection seems fine.

    And holy TRIBBLE, no response from Cryptic still.
