Smurf side it's a lot easier to just list the ships I do like because the rest are just generally hideous. However I do like the TOS Connie, Gladius, Class F Shuttle, and the Chimera is not too horrible, everything else is just Blech! :P
KDF side the worst of the offenders starts with the Kar'fi followed by the Hoh'SuS, K"Tanco, Marauder, Tor'Kaht, Korath, Krenn, and any Raptor design.
And let's not forget the horror known as the Galor.
The Captain and RA exploration cruisers (except Enterprise). They are uuuuugggggllllyyyy! All those silly useless pointy bits and those strange curves and dimensions. I never liked them.
Especially the Imperial! If that isn't an example of pointy bit excess I don't know what is. I still can't believe I paid cryptic points for that skin. *L*
Jupiter is a transport they decided to put extra nacelles on and call it a dreadnaught. Very lame.
Also, whichever of the T4 sci ships that isn't called Intrepid. The other nacelles are better (never liked the Intrepid ones), but all the other saucers are junk.
I agree with those who said the Jupiter and Typhoon are the ugliest ships in the game. Haven't seen too much of either since most of my characters are VA.
That Galaxy class variant with the neck that looks too far forward and the saucer you kinda think the saucer would be as some weird angle because of it.

I paid money to have the Nebula or Magellan the whole way, using the Nebula from 20-40.
