This thing is just horrific, but I can't stop laughing at it. It's like they took a Galaxy Saucer and attached it to a mangled trash heap, and then called it a ship. What was the concept artist smoking?

What the hell was that, it'd look less blocky if it were made of lego

The Haj-class Heavy Bird-of-Prey on the Klink side always takes the cake for me:
    Look at it... FUGLY!
I wish the newer birds-of-prey would take more after the classic B'rel/K'vort... THOSE are some good-looking ships.
    RUNNERS-UP - KDF:
    Ch'Tang-class T4 Refit.
Qin Heavy Raptor (ant its Refit).
Qu'Daj Heavy Battle Cruiser (The other Negh'Var).
The Tor'Kaht Battle Cruiser (one of the Vor'chas).
The Koloth Bird-of Prey (The other B'rel skin that I've never actually SEEN in-game)
(I almost added the Ki'Tang BoP and the Ning'Tao Refit, but I actually KINDA like those.)

Fed-side... nothing is more hideous than the Trident-class Shoe box- er, I mean, Science Ship.
If I wanted to play with a shoe box, I'd get an actual shoe box.
    RUNNERS-UP - STARFLEET:
    ANY of the Heavy Cruisers.
    Hope-class Research Science Vessel.
The Oslo- and Zephyr-class Heavy Escorts.
    ALL of the Star Cruisers.
All of the Advanced Escorts, except the Prometheus.
(Contrary to popular belief, I actually like all of the Patrol Escorts)

    lol

Half the klingon ship u r pointing at make me think of some constipated dog trying to... ;)
Qu'Daj or bortasq ship looks like flying hamerhead shark
raptors look like big skeleton birds that cannot fly anymore cause they're lost 3/4 wings.
SCI trident-class looks like flash gordon space helmet they even added places for his small wings just behind hears ...

Fed Dreadnought looks like a cheap inflatable pool
In my opinion, all ships are especialy ugly in STO exept for 2 : BORG CUBES or SPHERES are REAL PERFECTION ! ;)

exept for the tac cube that is a complete STO failure in design.

Extremely hard to pick THE ugliest of so many
    direful ships cryptic has made.
Well... i think the Fleet Escorts are the ugliest ships i have ever seen.

I am not going to spend much of a thought on this matter anymore, since cryptics designers seem to have no taste at all, and if i am going to fret about it or not they won't change anything.

I just had too because I kinda like the Oddy... dislike how the base stats are... Commander Engineer for all 3? noo waaay!

I like big Starships and I can not lie
    You other Captains can't deny
That when an Odyssey warps into itty bitty space
And a huge saucer in your face
You get popped, your shields have dropped
'Cause you notice that ship was stuffed
Deep in the Nacelles she's wearing
you're hooked and you can't stop staring
Oh baby, I wanna team with ya
    And take a picture
My fleeties tried to warn me
But that Starship you got makes me so Gorny

Even Klingons got the shout! Starship Got Fayat!

my canon Star Trek self says I dislike the Nebula... but my Star Trek Online says nearly everything from the C-story... besides the Bellerophon... Bellerophon rocks!

I'm not a fan of the Imperial or the Comet.

Some of their parts are nice, but whenever I see either of those in their full glory, I'd rather stab my eyes out.

I am tempted to say "Any Cryptic Designed ship", but the Sau'Paulo is pretty nice... Then again... It's just a bend and broken variant of the Defiant model.
Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
Let me put the rumors to rest: it's definitely still the C-Store (Cryptic Store) It just takes ZEN.

Ok maybe I was a little too critical of "all c-store ships" the Sao Paulo is a very nice tweak of the defiant, the Galaxy refit design ship the Venture is quite nice... I haven't experienced its so called texture issues yet as I don't own it, but the overall look is nice.

the Kitty Carrier "Atrox" is for me... foul... it remind me of a ship that should belong in Sins Of A Solar Empire <- Mentioned before in some other thread but it really does remind me of S.O.A.S.E.

I like the Bortasqu' mainly because it very Klingon in appearance, beefy and nasty looking.
The Armitage for me... wrong direction to go for another Fed ship... should be just an Escort... not a carrier.

As it is right now, I'm not a fan of the Typhoon.

Maybe if they move the saucer more forward like the Sovereign etc....

I absolutely hate the Cheyenne Heavy Cruiser design.. though that isnt Cryptic's fault

and the history of how that ship was made makes it even more undesirable in my eyes.
The designer basically kitbashed two Galaxy class model kits. Merged the two lower parts of the saucers as well as include the necks.. and used markers for the nacelles.. MARKERS.. >.<

First place goes to the Jupiter... not much else to say there.
Next up is a tie between all of the star cruisers and all of the fleet escorts.

There are many ugly ships, but the Envoy will always be the first one that made me want to vomit. Even CapLogan regrets it ever making into the game.

In the following order (for me)
    1. Vestas
    2. Oddy
    3. Jupiter
    4. DSRV (that big 3-nacelled thing)
    5. C-Store variant of saber
    6. Deverish (and variants)
    7. Regent
    8. Submarine-style-defiant variant
    9. Magellan
Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...

With the destiny class, you can only take so much of the ugly out, I fly a maelstrom and it looks pretty sweet with the maco shield.

5th place- The Galor. They all look like they're flying backwards
4th place- Envoy- class cruiser. What were the designers thinking?
3rd place- Kar'fi carrier. It looks like a hybrid of a freight train and a catfish.
2nd place- The Olympic class sci and variants. I made mine with the clear sphere and called it theUSS Flying Fishbowl
      and first place goes to...

The Breen Chel Grett Cruiser. That is the ugliest ship I've ever seen. If I flew one, I'd need a cloak just so no one would see me in it.
