    <edit> After looking at my dilith exchange logs last night and comparing them tonight I notice they're different. I now pull up the log on one toon and ALL toon transactions appear, so the first 97 events are now GONE. It appears either they're search combined all the events into a single record or someone's covering their tracks. So now that I have an EXACT date from them as to when my next stipend will appear you better believe I'm taking screen shots the night before and that award day to see it the stipend gets awarded.

    Where can I find these logs?

    Keep in mind that Zen is a comprehensive Perfect World currency and you must tell them where you want the Zen to go. The way it's set up now, you'll need to go to your account. You will see in the top right corner your available Zen. Click the link to the right labelled "Charge Your Zen" and transfer your Zen into the STO server.

    Umm yea no...

    Stipends are (supposedly) transferred directly into your STO account...

    Makes very little sense to put something that is bound to STO into the controlpanel after all.
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
    Let me put the rumors to rest: it's definitely still the C-Store (Cryptic Store) It just takes ZEN.

    Hello fellow Trekkies , was just wondering whether Lifetime subs get a monthly stipend or has it been abolished ? . I have put a ticket into support but 3 days its been there and no answer .

    I have been getting it monthly like clockwork.
    I have it set up on my phone calendar the minute I get it.
    Not like there is anything to spend it on. I have 20k saved up.
    Should I start posting again after all this time?

    The stipend will be booked on the day you got the subscriptions, not 1st of month or so.

    I saw the ships on special today and wanted to go buy one I've been saving for, but when I checked my Zen balance it seems like I have not been getting the monthly stipend I should as a life-timer.

    I have not been able to find a way to track that I am getting the stipend either in game out out, so how doe you make sure (aside from faulty memory) that you are getting what you paid for?

    The best thing you can do for your monthly zen is make a note in a calendar and track them so you know when you're next due.

    No, the best thing would be for them to have an account history showing when the stipend was payed like other games with similar systems do.

    The customer should not be expected to have to keep track of a system to keep the company honest

    Why not? I keep a checkbook registry to make sure the bank is honest. Why should this be any different?

    You mean your bank doesn't show you an account history? Get a new bank

    Seriously, if you can't come up with a decent example then go home and try again.

    As far as I can tell, I have not received my stipend for 3 or 4 months (been busy with work and other things so haven't been playing much). And others on this forum have had a similar problem with no real answer from Cryptic or PWE so the more this is brought to the attention of the players with no response shows how little PWE thinks of subscribing members (not just those who buy Zen) is especially relevant after the big push they had on lifetime sales.

It's an automatic process. With the Dilithium Exchange, and C-Store items that have prices below the stipend amount, I personally have thought I missed one but I had forgot I purchased a couple Master Keys and converted some for Dilithium.

    If you're a monthly gold subscriber, it comes in on or around 30-days past the day when your bank last hard posted the subscription charge (moved from pending to posted). This can happen at anytime during the day. Lifetime subscribers (who have been subscribed for at least 30-days), will get it on or around the day of the month when your bank hard posted the original lifetime subscription charge (moved from pending to posted).

    thank you for the response, I have sent that email address a request and will see what the response is.

    As for your comment about searching for Dev responses, for me at least the dev tracker will not advance past the first page so any responses not on that page are hidden and useless.


    I also have never sold any Zen on the exchange, only bought so that rules that out as the problem, and having a history of those actions really helps keep track of things... just saying.

    I can vouch that I've seen several threads like this and each time a dev investigated it the stipend was in fact paid on time (hint: it happens on the same day each month). It would probably stop people from posting threads like this if Cryptic/PWE had some kind of way to track stipend payments, in a similar manner to when zen is purchased and deposited in various games.

    One aspect people don't seem to realize, is the payout isn't on the same day for everyone. Its not like 1st of the month, every gets their stipend.
    Some people may have their on the first or last day of the month (for example) and make a smartarse announcement in Zone chat; other players then check theirs to find its not been paid, and start complaining lol

    Its based on the date which your payment was cleared by your financial institute, not a specific system chosen day.

    My Lifetime stipend has been like clockwork.

    Just checked the My Account page and it seems like that date is not shown there either - just how hard are they making it to keep track of this kind of information?

    I've been a subscriber for 660 days - I'm not going to remember a single payment from 2 years ago - and that 660 days is not necessarily when the first payment was made.

    I agree it would be alot easier for everyone (even those people answering the support tickets ;) )if they added a record of stipend payouts, and indeed all, zen payouts to your account.

    However, unless you are a Lifer now for 660 days, you wont have to try to remember that single payment 2 years ago. For gold, your payment is monthly, so check your bank statement/online banking facility for the date your last payment was cleared.

    You just need to click '2' a bunch of times before it will work. I know, annoying, but eventually it'll work.

    Of course, searching through the tracker would probably be useless anyways, since there's hundreds of posts - use the Advanced Search options to search by username. Type branflakes' name in, and you'll see all his stuff.

    It's also a good workaround for the fact that clicking on a profile name goes to the CoreConnect page, not the user's posts like it should.

    Since the first days of the game people have been asking for better records where the C Store is concerned. So far, nothing.

    So I got a response from support saying I had received the stipend on the 6th of each month, except that was all they said.

    No account balance for each month, no values listed, just the assurance that I had received it.

    Is this really the way a company handles peoples money?

    I have resent in the ticket asking for a proper balance history showing transactions because without that their assurance is just as valid as Santa Claus is coming to visit.

    Nice to see Mr BranFlakes handling this one himself. It instills a lot of confidence. As long as I know people on the inside are watching the forums, I feel a little better spending a few dollars on this game.

    You mean you actually believe everything you read, even banks make mistakes. See, I lived in a time before the internet, and cell phones. Things were simpler then. And even though they mailed (not emailed) me a bank statement, I still kept record of my banking to make sure everything was on the up and up. However, if you have that much trust in your bank, then your more naive than I thought.

    I get mine between the 3rd and the 4th of the month.

    It would be nice if the system would at least send out an Email to indicate the stipend was applied.

    Hell, they seem to have no problem sending out emails when they want us to BUY something.

    They also keep track of all our Dilithium transactions in that Exchange.

    Why can't they just add the stipend info to that History??
