Monthly Stipend ?

Apologies is this is not the correct subforum, however they are labelled so poorly that it is hard to tell where this should be posted.

To the issue at hand: I am a Gold member, and have been for 265 days. For at least the last 3 months I have not recieved the monthly stipend of 500 promotional points. I submitted a ticket 5 days ago, and have heard nothing.

Furthermore, when I go to check my ticket, I find that there is now a text on the Support Center main page saying that if I am a Cryptic user I should go to the Cryptic support page. Naturally, I followed the instructions this morning, but on reaching the Cryptic support page I am unable to log in beacuse www.startrekonline.com does not exist anymore, and there is no option to login as a Cryptic user on the PWE version of the STO site.

    Yes - hence why I am now posting in the Forums, as my in-game ticket has failed to get a repsonse.

    Your ticket is still in the queue. The queue is quite big and they are working through it. Please note replies come in 1-4 business days, weekends and holidays are not included. It may take a little bit longer than that because of the queue.

    It has been assigned. Looks like around the 29 of each month it has been applied all year. ;)

    Apart from still being convinced that I didn't recieve the first few installments of the stipend, I can say that since the creation of this topic and the issue in the ticket system, the stipend has been recieved.

    I haven't been receiving mine. while I was questioning it at the end of last month, it's been more than a month again, and I haven't seen it.

    Been a gold member for about a week and I still havent gotten that zen you get each month.
    Maybe I have to wait until the end of the month or what?

    I think you receive it monthly, based on the start date of your sub. So if you went gold 9/12, you should get the stipend the 12th of each month from here on out.

    Think of it like a once a month paycheck, you don't get that at the beginning of the month before the work (subscription time) was done.

    I know others answered it but i figured i'd add a metaphor. :cool:

    So I am a lifetime subscriber and I have been getting my monthly stipend of 400CP (Now 500 Zen) since I first bought my subscription. It has always come somewhere between the 6th and 9th of every month.

    ...but not this month. I have been saving up for a new ship for a couple of months now, selling my dilithium when I can to squeeze out a few more Zen. I never got my 500 for this month. Is there some kind of counter, or subscription info page I can acess that will tell me when I should receive those Zen? I am sort of at a loss as to why I wouldn't get those points this month, when I have gotten them every month prior to this point!

    Any info would be awesome!

    If you believe there is a problem with your subscription you will have to file a support ticket at this link. No one can help you besides billing I'm afraid :(

    Agreed, I have yet to see my stipend this month as well. By my logic, since I've been a lifer (aka gold subscriber) since the day the game came out, I would think I'd get my stipend on the 2nd of each month, unless I am wrong. Well, the 2nd came and went this month and I never saw my stipend. Now someone here says it's delivered around the 29th of each month. So come the 30th, if I still have no stipend, I will be complaining.

    Was asking my fleetmates last night when they get theirs. They said every month on the date they subscribed, so that puts mine 5 days past due. was going to submit a ticket at the end of the month if I don't see it yet, but it looks like a more widespread problem than just me.

    First stipend was 2 days after subscription, NOTHING on this second month of paying to play.

    None of the links are working for me, neither the 'contact us' or 'ticket history'. Do you have a direct address for billing ?

    It's a magic trick called "Making problems disappear"... All my tickets disappear too... as if they've never existed...

    Pretty smart if you ask me... Pretending no one has a problem.

    Let me put the rumors to rest: it's definitely still the C-Store (Cryptic Store) It just takes ZEN.

    All my email from them is automated AND their page is full of errors so it doesn't load properly/allow login in either firefox or IE. I'm beginning to wonder if the page admins are the same guys who work on the game code.

    I'm sure they'de be in contact if WE owed THEM money.

    Heres whats cool: Appearently they dont keep records of who buys what and when, as well as dont track who gets their stipends, so they can way without lying that "We are confident you got your stipend".

    Tried it a few times... Got fed up with my tickets disappearing... Hope you have better luck.

    Not only would they lose subscribers, but TRIBBLE off the wrong guy and they'll have legal problems.

    I got a reply today about my stipend, and tho they claim it was awarded I can't really dispute it until I tally up the transaction logs from the the dilithium exchange and see if the numbers match. They gave me the exact date of the award as well as the date of the next award so it appears they do indeed have records to check.

    They were prompt and courteous in their reply so I can't complain about their service- it was excellent.

    I'll keep ya posted

    <edit> After looking at my dilith exchange logs last night and comparing them tonight I notice they're different. I now pull up the log on one toon and ALL toon transactions appear, so the first 97 events are now GONE. It appears either they're search combined all the events into a single record or someone's covering their tracks. So now that I have an EXACT date from them as to when my next stipend will appear you better believe I'm taking screen shots the night before and that award day to see it the stipend gets awarded.

    Yeah, I don't think I get mine... I'll be more vigilant to see if I do or do not. Especially since I just through down like $100 for Zen to the C-Store for a bunch of lock box keys.

    My suggestion for awhile has been to have stipends go to a special escrow area like Zen does at first when brought out of the Dil exchange or like dilithium Foundry tips do.

    That way, people don't accidentally spend a stipend without noticing (happens a LOT from what I understand) and it also gives QA the ability to go through and see when you last withdrew stipend points from escrow and how much.

    I've never bought Zen at all from PWE. So my Zen balance continues to read as Zero. However, I do regularly receive my 500 promotional point stipend. Which is only reflected in the C-Store when I open it up in-game or through this website.

    I'm wondering if there is a problem with the Zen transfer because I am also missing my Zen from my stipend. I'm pretty sad too because I had plans for it.
