Apologies is this is not the correct subforum, however they are labelled so poorly that it is hard to tell where this should be posted.
To the issue at hand: I am a Gold member, and have been for 265 days. For at least the last 3 months I have
not recieved the monthly stipend of
500 promotional points. I submitted a ticket 5 days ago, and have heard nothing.
Furthermore, when I go to check my ticket, I find that there is now a text on the Support Center main page saying that if I am a Cryptic user I should go to the Cryptic support page. Naturally, I followed the instructions this morning, but on reaching the Cryptic support page I am unable to log in beacuse
www.startrekonline.com does not exist anymore, and there is no option to login as a Cryptic user on the PWE version of the STO site.

...but not this month. I have been saving up for a new ship for a couple of months now, selling my dilithium when I can to squeeze out a few more Zen. I never got my 500 for this month. Is there some kind of counter, or subscription info page I can acess that will tell me when I should receive those Zen? I am sort of at a loss as to why I wouldn't get those points this month, when I have gotten them every month prior to this point!
Any info would be awesome!

Was asking my fleetmates last night when they get theirs. They said every month on the date they subscribed, so that puts mine 5 days past due. was going to submit a ticket at the end of the month if I don't see it yet, but it looks like a more widespread problem than just me.
First stipend was 2 days after subscription, NOTHING on this second month of paying to play.

It's a magic trick called "Making problems disappear"... All my tickets disappear too... as if they've never existed...
Pretty smart if you ask me... Pretending no one has a problem.
All my email from them is automated AND their page is full of errors so it doesn't load properly/allow login in either firefox or IE. I'm beginning to wonder if the page admins are the same guys who work on the game code.
I'm sure they'de be in contact if WE owed THEM money.

Heres whats cool: Appearently they dont keep records of who buys what and when, as well as dont track who gets their stipends, so they can way without lying that "We are confident you got your stipend".
Tried it a few times... Got fed up with my tickets disappearing... Hope you have better luck.

Not only would they lose subscribers, but TRIBBLE off the wrong guy and they'll have legal problems.

They were prompt and courteous in their reply so I can't complain about their service- it was excellent.

<edit> After looking at my dilith exchange logs last night and comparing them tonight I notice they're different. I now pull up the log on one toon and ALL toon transactions appear, so the first 97 events are now GONE. It appears either they're search combined all the events into a single record or someone's covering their tracks. So now that I have an EXACT date from them as to when my next stipend will appear you better believe I'm taking screen shots the night before and that award day to see it the stipend gets awarded.

That way, people don't accidentally spend a stipend without noticing (happens a LOT from what I understand) and it also gives QA the ability to go through and see when you last withdrew stipend points from escrow and how much.
I'm wondering if there is a problem with the Zen transfer because I am also missing my Zen from my stipend. I'm pretty sad too because I had plans for it.
