1000-Day "Special" Ship

We hit 1,000 days in ~3 months. If you could call the shots, which ship do you build for the 1,000 day reward? (this is irrespective of anything Cryptic has announced/hinted at)

    I want the Narada. Five miles long and made out of barbed swords. It looked like something out of Hellraiser. I want that ship BAD.

    Sure, the turn rate would be glacial, and speed might be an issue overall, but it's a five mile long ship made from barbed swords!

    If you had it in Ten Forward, I would have said Star Destroyer. :)

    Not a new ship (to much variety here for my taste already), but the ability to shuffle console slots around to allow for more customisation (eg. move a console slot from the Engineering area to the Tactical area). So its kind of a new ship ... and make it Chrome!

    I'm already somewhat worried after seeming the blog with the 900 day skin. I was hoping for something not green/brown for the KDF. Maybe a dark grey or black.

    I am very curious about what the ship will be. I'm leveling a character now which I might be flying it. But 3 months....

    Something along the lines of a "Destroyer Class". It'd have the Hull between an Escort and a Cruiser. The Turn and Speed of a Science Vessel. The ability to mount dual cannons. A Shield Value that's the average of standard cruisers, science vessels, and escorts. And the Boff layout of a Bird of Prey.

    That way its a middle of the road ship that can suit all playstyles.

    And it would have visual theme similar to a kitbash of an Excelsior and Akira.

    I think it is time to end the 100 day rewards for something more meaningful, like a yearly reward...

    It is not like the many 100 additional day rewards are very good anyways. "See white monkey pet"
    You know Cryptic has Jumped the Proverbial Shark when they introduced Tractor Pulling to Star Trek Online! :D

    The 100-day rewards end with the 1,000 day AFAIK.

    Special ship?

    Both the "Yesterday's Enterprise" Ambassador and the Probert Ambassador, with a 2409 skin along with 'em to make it viable for T5.

    Edit: haven't thought of a KDF ship yet..

    Just throwing this out there...

    Unlimited. Holographic. Scimitar.

    No balance concerns, dual-faction, gets the model into a playable state and says, "oh by the by... I'm a badass". :D

    And as far as "rare non-faction" ships go, might be a nice treat for all the lifers who've put up with the lockbox annoyances. :cool:

    The one ENTERPRISE we don't have....but I'd settle for the Aventine.

    For the Klingons, just get JamzJamz to make a new ship.....

    I'd like to be able to pick any ONE of the available Lockbox ships.

    I hate to agree, but there is not one single ship that can mean anything like this can.


    All others can be lock boxes or c-store. Only a T5C can really be a reward, it would be rare, very rare, not part of a lotto, and only available to people who spent money over time.


    Personally, I'd like something else, practically anything else, but I'm not holding my breath.

    instead of new ship how about our choice of one of 5 different experimental weapon systems but they wouldn't fit in weapon slots or console slots thewy would fit in a device slot like red matter capacitor first one cravity well torpedo does base damage of 4000 plus generate a gravity well equal in strength to the maximum rank of the gravity well power seconond one modified from doomsday machine a massive cone shaped antiproton beam base damage 2000 with a 20percent chance of critical severity
    third cloaked tractor beam mine launcher a bvunch of cloaked mines that woill lock opponents down in pvp
    fourth assimilation beam when fired any ship hits will attack your targets for 30 seconds
    and last but not least borg plasma ball launcher all these devices would have extensive cooldown. plus you could use it on any ship that has device slot.
