Oce upon a time, a MMO playing 23 year old cashier decided to leave WoW and play a new game. After looking up reviews, she decided to play STO, bought a copy of the game and installed it. Play the tutorial and a few missions, and decided she liked it, for now anyway.
She bought a recurring subscription, and decided to introduce herself in Ten Forward. However, she was American....and immediately caught the attention of a player named "hort_wort".
Unfortunately, the remainder of the story is censored.

As the processing machinery on Deep Space 6 for the "Happy-Go-Lucky" Suger Company Inc explodes, fire crews evacuate the surrounding area for fear of more explosions.
As the long running "Girls Vs Hort" court case rumbles on, it turns out that the judge is being suspended on fraud charges. On which side he was paid to side on it still open to conjecture as little detail was released.
And the system outlook. Mostly dull and gloomy for most of the qaudrant, with a few meteor shows passing near Andoria, and a Bi-solar Ecplise in the Hoeer system.
