This, as all good designers know, is correct. To the OP: post your monitor settings and profile so people will have a baseline from which to operate.
Good idea! Personally, I use the standard sRGB IEC61966-2.1 color profile (since my monitor manufacturers can't get their profiles correct) over a DVI connection. what do you use, OP?
Due to overwhelming player demand, I am back on the boards in a limited capacity. I will continue to update my guide here and will be adding more to it very soon.
Upcoming Additions:
Klingon Uniforms
Off Duty Uniforms
Canon Starships
Starship Patterns
These additions will be added as soon as I finish them.

I would suggest adding this to the first post, or the guides themselves... I have no idea how I would find info like that out, but it might be good for those that can (I suspect I could look around and find it, but really, things look just fine with the settings I can access from the display section of the control panel, so I probably won't put much effort into it ).

Added to the OP. Thanks for the suggestion, Feld.
Yeah, you likely don't need to know because these really are just the standard settings for most PCs and monitors.
In case you do want to find out your Color Profile you can simply run a search of your computer files. When you find the appropriate file just open it with Adobe Reader. It's going to look like just a bunch of code, but if you look, the profile numbers kind of stick out from the rest, so it's easy to tell which they are.
I have found that a large number of players prefer using a lighter shade of gold for the TOS Command uniforms. After much testing and retesting, I have decided to modify the color selection in the guide from Gold B4 to Gold B2. There's not a huge difference but it does look better in darker environments.
All applicable links and wallpapers have been updated accordingly.
If anyone has any questions or comments, please let me know.
Though none of these uniforms can truly be considered canon (the TOS uniform is still missing some pieces, like the sequined loin wrap and the proper badge and sash). This is my best mock up of the Klingon Uniforms as seen in the series and films.
I've updated all of the individual uniform guides to include the customization UI in order to make it easier to see which parts are used and what order the colors are in.
When I started doing the Klingon Uniforms I came up with the idea for them. So, it just made sense to go back and do it for all of the Federation Uniforms as well.
I hope you all find the change helpful.
I'm prepping things for the new Klingon Uniforms now. Will have them up as soon as possible.
Is there an update on the color of the Mirror Universe belts to reflect the HUGE number of color variations the item has available to it? The number of available colors for the Mirror Universe belts is much larger than that available for shirts, pants, and skirts.

Yes, in fact I've been working on adding the proper color chart for the MU Sash. I'll be updating those guides as soon as I finish.
Good idea! My fleet is called the Temporal Continuity Protection Department, after all.
As those uniforms are not currently in the game it will be difficult. But I'll try to put together a mock-up using what we have available currently.
The only model I have currently for that uniform is Captain Braxton (VOY: Future's End, Relativity) and unfortunately you never really get to see the lower part of that uniform clearly, but I'll do the best I can.

Hope that helps you come up with something interesting!
An interesting note in the "Command Division" article at Mem Alpha: "Captain Braxton wore blue in VOY: "Future's End, Part II" and "Relativity", but an alternate version of him in "Future's End" wore red indicating that Starfleet never changed the command color in that version."
Maybe you should avoid time traveling uniforms. Headaches are sure to follow.

Yeah, it's something Cryptic might want to think about adding. (29th/31th century uniforms) They might be able to get in contact with the original designer and get more information about them.
Okay, all MU uniform guides have been updated to include the proper Sash color chart.
Two more new additions have been added to the Klingon section, a more accurate version of the Klingon Female uniform from Voyager and a male version of that uniform.
Also, a note on the TNG Klingon Female 2 uniform.
That uniform is based on the ones that were worn by Lursa and B'Etor in the TNG episode "First Born". The main color of the sleeves, collar, gauntlets and boots should be a dark forest green, but as Klingons appear to be denied access to any shades of green, this was the closest I could get.
Thank you all for the votes of confidence. I'm glad you all are enjoying the guide and I will keep updating it with new stuff as it is released just for you.
Coming Soon:
Off Duty Uniforms
Alternate Time Line (All Good Things) Uniforms
in the wallpapers for TOS you list the rank color in the darker side. are they not a bright gold? this is the only thing that confuses me.
The color of the rank was chosen to give that slightly tarnished look that the rank bars had in later episodes of TOS. If you prefer the brighter shade, use the lighter color instead.
Oddly enough, my color chart is different from yours and so are my customization options. Weird.
Color charts differ depending on the article of clothing and faction. The Klingons, for instance, do not have access to the same amount of colors as the Feds do. For some reason they lack the colors green and purple, though such colors have been worn by Klingons in canon.
Also, Off Duty color charts differ from the other charts and give access to an even wider variety of colors. Ditto for the MU Sash color chart.
If your charts for the displayed costumes are different, please take a screen shot so that I can see. Maybe I can explain why.
As for the customization options, I likely have all the same options you do, I just don't use many of them here because this is a guide to canon uniforms and much of the accessories are not truly canon.
