I think it's safe to say we've all wanted to give our real-life supervisor(s) a swift kick in the rear at one point or another. :D

I have a lot of experience in this category! If someone PO's me i'm not one to take a deep breath and live with it. I can find a job anywhere, any time, or i used to be able to anyway before i was disabled. Life is waaaay too short for bad wine...

The manager is leaving at the end of the month so wouldn't care anyway. Also, a promotion would net me a lot more hours work, for about 20p extra.
I'm guessing that'd be 20 pence and not pounds...

On the other hand, more hours means more money you get paid out. :p

I would still bring this up with the next manager though, assuming it's not one of the supervisors that get promoted. Otherwise finding a new employer is also an option if they're really that bad.

That sucks, but if you can at least sleep in for an hour extra it'll still feel like weekend. I'm probably gonna have a semi relaxed weekend myself.

Seriously, I have to get up an hour earlier for a Karate tournament in a nearby town. I'm too cheap to pay $300 a night for a "nice" room or $200 a night for a roach motel. So it's getting up early and driving the distance, while my kids sleep in the car. The things dads do for their kids. :)

She might be interested in learning that she can easily get rid of 1 useless supervisor and hire an extra hand with the money she saves out on that. Or alternatively promote a more capable supervisor in the previous ones place.
If it's a union shop, then they can't do that.

You guys must have it hard, I'm on call 24x7. If something goes wrong, they call and say either "log in from home" or "we need you at the office". No "options" whatsoever.

But then again, I enjoy my job so it's not too bad.

    Good Morning Fleet :)

The weekend is almost here Yeah!!!

Now we can relieve all the stress from work we collected from our crazy supervisor during the week,
Seriously I actually told my Supervisor to his face that he is crazy last Tuesday.

So I know were Firix is going thru, but there are butt hole supervisors everywhere the only option we have against them to move on to another place of employment or Get Union envolve if its a Union shop

The most part thou is dont let them get to you Enjoy your time off work like I do :D

It is extremly special to have people in your life that you hang out with that will make you forget all about the drama you may experience at work.

So what is the Doctor's Prognosis to all my Fleet mates; HAVE FUN :)

I actually like the look of the Galaxy's darker bridge. I see that as a nice warship command center. Course, I'd like to see the TNG battle-bridge too :D

I agree the Galaxy Bridge looks very, very nice. But If they came out with a Next Generation interior that recreated the hallways, crew deck, and main engineering from the TV show (like they did with the TOS interior) I would buy it in a heartbeat!

My Tactical runs with a TOS theme, using all the TOS costumes and in my very modern MVA ship I put a very old fashioned TOS bridge. :D

    It's pretty cool. ^_^
