Well, guess it's time to play CO for a while. Too bad they can't give us more headstart time, since release is 2/2. Or maybe so if they continue to have sever problems!

Holy cow - over three hours of downtime today on top of the scheduled downtime overnight since launch yesterday?

When does this game come out of beta testing?

Must be a bad time for them right now if it takes this long--and I can sympathize.

What peeves me more than the downtime is the too-clever-by-half sniping of the several sarcastoles who think software development and server management are easy. .........., you haven't paid for this time at all because your per-license price is the same as everyone else's.)

Fair point and I would be able to sympathise if they did this for free. Since they get paid for it, I am sorry but a bit more communication would be in place here. It's a rightout scandal how software developers sometimes treat their customer base, especially in MMO's.

Come fellas this much downtime makes me think that the game wasn't ready for launch or that we are too good for it.

sitting on the homepage refreshing the server status got boring, so now I just keepin trying to log in.

But from the server status page they have the "What's next for STO" ad.... and I keep thinking that the next feature we get is a Klingon shaking his fist at me saying in Klingon that "You are not allowed to login at this time".

Wonder if anyone realizes that most servers are not run at the company making the game. WoW if memory serves uses servers in Dallas and one of the midwest states. I wonder where cryptic has thier servers hosted. I

Wait! I finally understand! It's so brilliant! In order to appease the people complaining that they'll out-level their pre-order items, the server goes down so that come Tuesday, you'll still need your items!

I have already out leveled my items hehe

Hope this isn't cause of my bug report cause I didn't get my engineering kit-fabrication I for my mission reward. Sorry everyone, I just wanted a shield generator, didn't mean to make a mess.
