Even Anarchy Online, which is ancient by today's standards, gave the ability to "hide" armor and display clothing. Don't understand why I am forced to look like everyone else who wears body armor.
Not sure what Cryptic was thinking here. Seems like a silly oversight. Why let us choose uniforms in the first place?
hit u, go to your characters stats, right click the armour or kit and select hide
*Admiral coats
*formal attire
*coats for Klingon equivilant
and other formal or casual accessories for characters (sashs, less chunky head attachments. over all. Perhaps even "Shore-leave" attire.
Character cration:
More options
"Race sets" for the alien race, So instead of hunting around for pieces you have a tab which you can look through for the canon race appearance sets.
Ability to change the Beam/transport animation. There are several different styles of animation for transporting and a new one was displayed with the most recent Star Trek movie. I'd like the ability to change which is used based on the one I prefer the most.
In our character generator there are options for base complexions, like heroic, old 1, old 2, etc. More of these kinds of customizations would be splendid. CO has a couple of them, if I remember rightly, and I found that those went a long way to making a distinct and well-imagined avatar. You devs have this stuff at your disposal, it's wonderful, start throwing it around.
Eyes that rotate at an angle, like in my forum avatar, as you promissed in cb.
And, of course, more hair styles of all kinds. Lots more. More.
...Give us the ability to designate chief officers and whom to leave in command when we leave on landing partys.
It would be great to match the quilted turtlenecks with their Wrath of Khan departments and have only whomever you leave in charge contact you in the pop-up while you're beamed down, (or your chief of communications, or second in communications if your communications chief has beamed down with you).
Also, the ability to change the uniforms of your entire crew. I don't like going on my bridge while I worked so hard to make my crew look like they're wearing real Wrath of Kahn uniforms only to find a couple of slackers on my bridge in their pajamas. I jettisoned them from the airlock (it is very cold in space - especially in your pajamas!).
Make sure the Wrath of Khan medals are golden and the belt and ribbing in back is black.
A first officer syhould have a white turtle neck and shoulder strap with a diaganol swatch across the shoulder strap indicative of their department (forest green for security, mustard for ops / engineering / paleblue for science /communications, lime green for medical, etc.)
I have just read in another thread that an official GM response to the lack of Mirror Uniforms for females is that the uniform is "only for men" and women just don't get a Mirror Universe uniform.
1. More long hair options for all.
2. Dress uniforms.
3. Many outfits that Counselor Troi wore.
4. Skirts for each appropriate era (TOS/TOS Movies, TNG)
5. Appropriate rank insignia on the WOK uniform for all officers.
6. KDF needs to have many more outfits added, not in the least is the Orion Vixen Outfit.
7. Did I mention more long hairs?
8. TNG Movie Vests/TOS Movie Vests, as seen by Kirk and Picard.
9. Standard Crewmen outfit settings for ALL enlisted crew on your ship so you all wear appropriate uniforms (we've only been asking since CB).
10. Oh, yes, more long hair options.

Why wouldn't I be surprised if our BOs start complaining of sexual harassment
Aussie Slouch Hat
On that note how about hats and clothes from a bunch of different earth Nationalities.
More than two eyes? (Asking two much? Hehehe)
Civilian Engineering clothes (For those Civies who can't get into starfleet but are too good to pass up! Think Firefly/Serenty)
Padded Armor for the marine types, almso SWAT like.
Tunics or allow us to combine pants with skirts or the above afforementioned bike shorts.
It only just now occurred to me that every time my female Trill wants a change of duds (she was going on and on about getting a mini-skirt) I have to pay like she's getting a new paint job!
That's it! My guy is happy with his ol' blue jeans and work shirt, so I think I'll stick with him.
Geesch.
I guess I'll make that a request, though, in case she's listening (Sorry, honey). We need to be able to keep and re-use what it takes effort to earn in-game. That holds true for ship-elements, etc. It should hold true for clothing items, as well.
(Or, hopefully, I'm missing something -- other than my sanity )
A note of appreciation, even if only a small fraction are implemented, we'll be greatful. Game is awesome and more clothes even better. Can't wait to try them all!

The same uniform the NPC admirals wear since those are the coolest uniforms in game (restricted to just RA since Starfleet has a history of special flag uniforms.)
Dresses... ball gowns... big poofy wedding style dresses... slim short flirty sexy dresses.... I'm not going to that fancy admirals party in ten forward in my away misison uniform now am I?

And the ability to post your Bridge Officers at the stations you want them posted at would be cool on every bridge.

Please remedy this. We did not buy lifetime subscriptions to CO to get jackets. We bought them to get Uhura in the sexy midriff top!
Honestly, I read this official reply as "We tricked you. Suck it up."

Aliens get all of these extra options and sliders for facial features, but humans can't have freckles...?
