Good afternoon everyone, or those in the GMT +/- 0 timezone anyway!
I have technically been playing STO since the release, one of the original members of the omega fleet, from back when STO was just a forum with some game developers working and releasing gorgeous pictures of a game that seemed forever and a day away.
Once the game was released, Omega fleet had collapsed, with brother and sister fleets showing up everywhere, I think the old TS3 is still being payed for by someone somewhere, and well, back then, the game just wasn't enough. I stopped playing STO, at the level of commander, and resumed my ordinary life.
The other day, I started up my PC, opened my F:/ and remembered my old STBC with Kobayashi Maru installed, and relapsed into my love for star trek. I fired up STO, ran the endless updates, and you know, the game is so much better.
I'm looking for a fleet that can be serious, but for a night where i don't want to game, i can jump on teamspeak and have a laugh with my mates, but a fleet that will also provide me with the help and support I need to get used to the games newest features, when I used to play, the game consisted of patrols, and space battles, and hours vs the Crystalline entity, but not too much else.
Your fleet has the history, community and well everything im looking for! So i would love to apply, but.......... *drum roll please* your "join" hyperlink is broken, looks like due to website updates, moving of pages?
