Radiolityc phaser beam animation bug

Hi fellas i buyed a set of the new Radiolityc phaser beams to set up my picard era style beam build and i noticed the beam fire at will animation is bugged, when you press fire at will the beams are switching from the phaser strips to the middle of the ship and fires trough the texture of the ship single target fires from the pahes strips as it should.     I'm seeing this too, but if it's gone unfixed for this long, it isn't going to get fixed. Which is unfortunate. They have to hire more people to fix this stuff or something, I don't know. They tend to leave bugs that don't directly impact major gameplay or events, it's frustrating.

    I think that single-origin-point thing is not unique to radiolityc phasers from what I have seen, it seems to do that with all the beam weapons to at least some degree. It may be that the calculations to do all the beam fire at will effects would be too much for the lower-end systems on an already busy battlefield so they simplify it down to one origin point for that particular fire mode, or something similar.

    The radiolytic phasers do it all the time. I haven't seen any issues with other beams, but my ship that's running radiolytic has never once had them fire-at-will from the hardpoints since they came out. I also have a top of the line gaming rig and really good internet, so it's definitely not client side.

    well if its premium stuff it should be taken care of and fix it. From busniess standpoint if i release broken stuff i can expect less income or none beacuse customers don't want to buy broken stuff and if they see that i don't put effort in fixing my permium stuff, than that can effect future sales, but if i fix it a can expect that im gonna sell more and my future sales going to be better. If i make sure that my customers happy i can make sure that i am able to pay my workers (Developers).

    I'm not sure why it's such a difficult thing to fix, but it my experience with this game, if it hasn't even been addressed yet, it's not going to ever get fixed. I actually uninstalled STO because the mountain of bugs have sucked the fun out of the game for me. Which is a shame since I've supported this game financially for a long time. God knows the money I've poured into this game isn't being used to fix it. So I just quit, until they start getting serious about patching the laundry list of things fundamentally broken in this game.
