Since Tuesday update or patch I can not do any TFO work on any of my characters as it starts loading you into a TFO then the game says lost connection with servers and then this puts me back to the title screen which I normally press A but nothing happens so have to quit the game totally so I then sign in as quickly as possible just to get a penalty for not doing the TFO . I am not the only one who has the same issue on Xbox . I have uninstalled the game twice. Reset my router and hard reset my Xbox nothing works and getting very fed up with these problems.

Its possible that its not on your end or Cryptic's end. Don't forget that you're not plugging in directly into Cryptic's servers. You gotta go through several nodes along the way. In which case there is nothing either side can do because its a 3rd party with no connection to either side.

Dude... I was merely suggesting a possibility. It is not always Cryptic's fault when connection issues come up.
Will a fix happen immediately? Depends on how complex it is. And since you said this was on XBox, they also have to work with XBox people as well. So please be patient rather than jumping to the nuclear option that won't help anyone at all.
Ok, how about we give them a chance to fix the issue, if there's one that they need to fix.

I can understand being frustrated. Happens to us PC players too. All I'm saying is that ranting and demanding doesn't help anyone. We can all agree on getting frustrated. But taking it out on people and demanding a refund doesn't help the Devs solve it any faster, and it doesn't help you get it looked at any faster. If anything... it makes things worse. All I'm asking is that you understand than it can take time to track down the issue.
Since this is clearly no longer about getting something fixed and more bashing and demanding than anything productive, we're going to shut this down. Hopefully, the devs will still be able to sort this issue for anyone else who might be affected.
