Logging in to account from buying game back in 2011 when crypticstudios owned the game.

Hello, Back in 2011 I paid for on prerelease the Lifetime membership for this game. As with all things Life happened and kids took over my life I was reintroduced to the game again and knowing I had a lifetime account to a now free game I am curious what happened to my old account. My toon name was Catain_Kurk I logged in with my email and had to reset my password but was able to get back in but all my progress is wiped how do I get this back? Can I get this back? And if not what of the lifetime account I paid HEAFTY for years ago, what happens to that? I am sorry if this last part is in a long lost post I spent a little time looking for this but got no where.

    So I was going through even more emails and found that in 2014 I tried to revive my old account.kyvrdgykk9s1.bmp

    I think this is something only support can help you with. A lot has changed game wise, however your account should still exist regardless of how long its been. I'll ping a couple of the mods to see if they can do something to assist you further.

    @missilespy sorry it's took so long to reply. rattler and I talked to some folks today to see what could be done for you. we think we have an idea what could be going on but won't know for sure until you've had customer service look at it. Good news is that I don't believe your progress is gone as they never delete stuff. For now what I need you to do is to file a customer service ticket. PM me the ticket number once you do and I will keep after some folks until we get you an answer.

    I am having a similar problem. Let me know how it turned out. I have tried a few times to get my character back but it fizzles out.

    Same here i had to reset password cause after a dcade i forgot
