Thought of a possible idea for a Mirror Exploration Cruiser, I know there is a Legend Galaxy X. This is more of a Mirror Cruiser variant.
A legendary bundle idea
3 Tactical Consoles
5 Engineering Consoles
2 Science Consoles
1 Universal Console
Update: I think this one is more likely
4 Tactical
5 Engineering
2 Science
Starship traits
Explosive Polarity Shift
To conquer where no man has conquered before!
2. Mirror Galaxy/Andromeda Bridge
If you think about it the bridge would be a reskin of the existing galaxy bridge, plus it would work with the Galaxy X. It also could be used in an
episode.
3. Maybe a new Galaxy Skin based on the Enterprise D from the Novel Dark Mirror (A book by Diane Duane)
Compared to a Federation Galaxy-class starship in 2367, the designs were overtly the same, sharing the sloped disk of the primary hull, a pair
of warp nacelles, and a secondary hull. However, the secondary hull appeared larger, and its nacelles raked lower and further forward. The curve
of the primary hull was deeper, and reminiscent of sporting a frowning look with narrowed eyes. Overall, the vessel appeared cruel and
intimidating. (quote from memory Beta)
4. A possible set that goes with the ship that works on the Galaxy X, (thinking of what it would be)
I am fan of the Galaxy class and Sovereign class. I like Federation cruisers.
The normal Andromeda already has a command seat. Might not be a universal, but still a Command.
True, thought of making the command a Lt. Commander vs the Ross Command Explorer. Although Commander might work, don't know what to make the other specialization boff seating to be.
And considering the Legendary Galaxy is already a full command ship, this one needs to be a different spec to stand out.
While it might be a bit silly, honestly I vote making it pilot, since we have yet to have a pilot cruiser. And it might work as a bit of a joke.
Interesting thought, I see that a Miracle Worker might work. Since the Constitution Class, Sovereign, and Excelsior has a variant with Miracle worker. Ship classes that have had the name Enterprise, but the Galaxy lacks a Miracle Worker variant. So it maybe a possibly.
Either being Mirror or a Yesterday's Enterprise might be possible
I am fan of the Galaxy class and Sovereign class. I like Federation cruisers.
The Galaxy definitely ought to have a MW variant...because given the overall fragility of the first-run of the class, it's a miracle the Ent-D survived as long as it did.
A normie goes "Oh, what's this?"
An otaku goes "UwU, what's this?"
A furry goes "OwO, what's this?"
A werewolf goes "Awoo, what's this?"
"It's nothing personal, I just don't feel like I've gotten to know a person until I've sniffed their crotch." "We said 'no' to Mr. Curiosity. We're not home. Curiosity is not welcome, it is not to be invited in. Curiosity...is bad. It gets you in trouble, it gets you killed, and more importantly...it makes you poor!"
Passion and Serenity are one.
I gain power by understanding both.
In the chaos of their battle, I bring order.
I am a shadow, darkness born from light.
The Force is united within me.

In the early concept for TNG the Galaxy class was pushing the limits of ship size hard, but as people got used to it the show started bringing out bigger "normal" ships and the Galaxy was not particularly huge anymore. But early on it was still sort of the Spruce Goose of the Federation except that they pushed through and made it work despite the factors of big enough and light enough being unusually strongly at odds with each other.
That shift to considering it less fragile makes sense though since its peacetime role was meant to be an ultra-long range explorer with a small city on board, and the wartime role is that of a self-escorting troop carrier, both of which would logically require bit more stamina and tankyness than normal "cruisers".
I think a flight deck cruiser or battlecruiser variant with either miracle worker or intel. Along with Lt.com sci/spec and a lt.com uni, 4/4/3 layout would make more sense. I would love number 3. to be included too.

Intel would make it too similar to the Legendary Galaxy X. Command and Intel would need to be off limits for this variant.
Leaving Miracle Worker, Pilot, and Temporal as valid options.
Temporal would probably work well for a mirror Galaxy, given in STO, the Terrans became such a major threat again because they were given massive amounts of technology, a lot of it temporal-based, by their future selves.

It likely won't be full spec, gal-x also doesn't have a lt.com sci or would it be a dreadnought. As far as I can tell the mirror ships have not been legendary ships, so it would be plenty different even with intel.
https://sto.fandom.com/wiki/Legendary_Galaxy_Dreadnought_Cruiser - It may not have the word 'Mirror' in its name, but it's definitely a mirror ship because it A: Has the mirror skin as default - B: Has a trait with a very Terran name and C: came from the Mirror Universe Bundle.

I'm aware but it is sold as a legendary ship not a mirror ship. Cryptic is prone to picking style and sticking to it. Unless its cryptic own creation or legendary it usually lacks a full spec, the exceptions I have seen are the discovery ships. But I get the feeling they were really trying to sell those ships. If I'm wrong so be it, make it miracle worker commander + intel lt.com.

True she might work with the Miracle Worker seating, I agree Intel would make her really similar to the Galaxy X.
Pilot or Temporal would be a interesting choice.

I thought of reading the Book again, and might even buy a copy.
Interesting Console layout, I noticed there is 1 more science
I could see the Mirror Galaxy being a Battlecruiser, possibly being a miracle worker ship.
With this specialization seating
Commander Engineer/Miracle Worker
Lt Commander Universal or Engineer/Command
Do you think the Uni would work? I thought it was a bit ask for a universal station, but I think it might work for the ship

The layout should be different as though it's a reflection of the normal layout. So I think lt com engi still would be too similar IMO, I'd rather it and the lt.coms be swapped out, Lt com uni and LT com sci seems appropriate. I think of this way, what would the Terran empire use the large space that is the galaxy class, while still looking alike. The federation ship had families etc and was exploration craft, but for the Terran empire, There are only two things I can think of, a carrier thous a flight deck carrier. A troop transport or war logistics ship I do not know the class of ship that fits this.
But a battlecruiser could work it's just not as exciting of a change.

Good point, in Yesterday's Enterprise the Enterprise D was used as a troop carrier. I agree a flight deck carrier would work as well, due to the large shuttle bays of a Galaxy class, mainly the main shuttle bay. I heard that's why the Aux shuttle bays were used in the series, since filming the main shuttle bay would cost a lot. Yeah a Mirror Galaxy Class could work as a flight carrier. Easily due to the main shuttle bay.
Interesting Boff seating idea, good point about the Lt Commander Engineering station. Curious what your idea of the seating would be.

So it would be
Lt. Commander Universal
Commander Engineer/command
So possibly a mirror Command Exploration Cruiser or Miracle Worker Exploration Cruiser
