I found it odd that there wasn't going to be a Zen Charge bonus for $50 and $200 purchases, though I'm glad that, according to the Black Friday chart, that smaller amounts, like $10 is going to get a bonus.

But.... When I went to purchase Zen, it's only showing the usual bonuses for $50 (5000+300 bonus), $100 (10000+1000), and $200 (20000+3000). The Zen Charge bonus is supposed to be 30% bonus on Charges of 10, 20, and $100.
Is it supposed to be delayed, is it bugged, or did someone forget to turn it on?

By the way, the Neverwinter Announcement for the
Charge Bonus shows the $10, $100, and $200 as we've noted.

I agree much simpler.
When I tried earlier today it was giving me a bonus of 300 zen for a $10 purchase, no bonus for a $20 purchase, but also only a 300 zen again for a $50 purchase so F that.
This was to be my first zen purchase in a long time but the erratic bonuses now turned into saving me money.
I had also seen in game chat that if you try to buy the $10 amount multiple times Cryptic will lock your zen use for like a week pretty much TRIBBLE you over for the intention to spend it durting the sale.
That's an automated security measure, irrespective of amount.
I was able to buy the $10 amount 4 times with no issues. I'm not sure how many times would cause the lock though.

Good, & promising to know, about your success, but you probably, & probably everyone has better Cryptic luck than me lol.
With regards to the Zen lock after purchase - what does that actually mean? The Zen will sit in your account, but you're unable to actually buy anything with it? If so, then how does this work w/ a time-based sale like Black Friday?
That's what my concern & point was after I heard of that issue. Cryptic is willing to take your money during a charge bonus & sale time then deny you the chance to utilize it on the sale for which you purchased it lol.
As someone stated earlier Cryptic should've just made it far simpler & have a % bonus across all the amounts.
though, after that period is over, it SHOULD revert to whatever bind status it normally has

An otaku goes "UwU, what's this?"
A furry goes "OwO, what's this?"
A werewolf goes "Awoo, what's this?"

One possibility is that they seemed to have changed how logins work slightly, and if you get the email pin thing it seems to trigger that zen hold now. It makes sense I suppose since a "new machine" could be some hacker somewhere, so if you have an ISP that assigns you dynamic IP addresses instead of a fixed one you will probably see a lot of holds.
Just a quick update - I was able to make 6 individual purchases of $10 each. The 2nd one was in pending review over an hour, but then thankfully the rest came through within 10-15min of wait time. I did wait for each transaction to go through before putting in the next one.
Good to know it worked, even with the wait time, for you! I want to try just not sure I'm that bold lol.
