Game completly broken after connection Time out on "Within The Briars"

I played "Within The Briars" today but the game crashed with a connection Time out message.

I can still load my character but then I'm stuck on the Universe map, my Ship has the damage it received in the mission and I'm not able to Move it and use any ingame option and can only Quit the game. (Can't Transwarp, can't start Missions, can't send Tickets)

I tried it with a new char, that made it worse, after that I deleted and reinstalled the game, now is my client stuck in the update process, I sended a ticket and will try to reinstall the game again maybe it will work then.
