For the past couple weeks I can't play more than 2 mins at a time before I'm kicked off. When I try to go to support to submit a ticket the page wont load. WTH!
I decided to click the link myself and it worked. You have to log in to see your tickets and file a ticket. So I don't understand how people are having a hard time entering the site. That boggles my mind.

could be county related or net service provider. vodafone net here for example doesn't show me the sto forums but most other providers have not that problem ...
tor browser, which is different from all other browsers and DNS change could be a solution.
I've tried changing DNS, I tried Tor, I tried disabling cookies, nothing has worked. It is very strange as I can go to the rest of Arc website except for support while signed in.
