They are on Sale right now with the C-Store wide Ship Sale at 20% off, so 2400/4800/9600 Zen.
Unlike the Spiral Wave Disruptors that come with the Galor/Keldon (Mk XII VR) these Andorian weapons are Mk X Common and the Andorian weapons in the Dilitium Store Reclaim to buy are VR Mk XI.
Normally ships T5/T6 from the C-Store are Mk X Common, but when you make a special note in the News Blog you'd get a different perception:
'Commissioning any of the ships in this bundle will unlock the ability to purchase specialized weapon sets from the Dilithium Store. Andorian Phasers, Lethean Disruptors, and Dewan Plasma weapons are each made available to the applicable faction, and each of these vessels come pre-equipped with a suite of these weapons as well.'
'But to be logical is not to be right', and 'nothing' on God's earth could ever 'make it' right!'

I was only expecting mark X common on the ship, what's special about those is just that they are blue phasers not orange.
I wonder what's different with the other faction weapons, is it only the beam colors too?
I just find out the new Andorin ships cannot equip the Kumari Wing Cannons. So...is this a bug, or...
It would be great if they could use both yes! Make this happen! There's no reason they can't summon both.
Pilot ships particularly science, are famous for having multiple helpers with the right universal consoles, this should be a thing because pilot ships are squishy and need the most helpers!
Equipping multiple of the aforementioned consoles on a single ship grants additional set bonuses!
Two Pieces: Predictive Maneuvering
Increased Accuracy and Flight Speed Three Pieces: Streamlined Circuitry
Reduced Recharge Time on Allied Pilot Escort Console Abilities Wing Torpedo Platforms will utilize Rank II of High Yield and Spread (instead of Rank I)
Question is can we equip the old andorian consoles. Wing cannons without wing overload would be sad. My T5 Kumaris live to 1shot borg cubes with its mk14 epic wing cannons.
Good to hear that it is getting fixed in a upcoming patch.
Though I had hoped we might see the wing-platforms turned into experimental weapons actually, and maybe even see a lance-beam version of the platform, and actually I could see that all three factions had a different variant that would work using their specific weapon/energy type (phaser/photon or quantum for fed, disruptor/photon for kdf, and Plasma for romulan.). Such a shift would be interesting if the console were reworked to function based on the weapon platform type you had slotted, and each wing platform were on one of the escorts.
Romulans like pretty ships, why on earth would we buy and fly a toilet brush. GTFO, lost my 9pack sale and any sale from me. i've spent over 1k$ on this game and it has really degenerated over the past few years. I miss the time romulans weren't outcasts and we had ships that were both pretty and useful. Cryptic doesn't make those for us any more, instead we get this garbage. Who thought that this would be ok? who thought that cryptic would get sales buy giving us ships shaped like toilet brushes. I think they just missed a huge opportunity. I've been waiting a very long time for the bundle, this bundle specifically because of the kumari ships, and i know i'm not the only one. But there is just no way. I would of bought the 9 pack too because I would of put one on an alt. but no way no how
Damn the man
Save the empire
Cryptic, factions exist other than federation and they need love too.
LOL those are ancestral ships thank you very much! Also they touch on the tech used in the enterprise where the probe ship had holoemitters for changing the ship's look designed from the same tech they used for cloaking. That's what that tail piece is imo!
Ancestral not, the Dewans didn't even have space ships, much less warp capability. I seriously doubt the Romulans would build a 200,000 year old design, if there even was one.
That explains the makeshift 'toilet brush' design: they just slapped together whatever they had lying around. :P

Which gives us older German folks some hope to get some flat iron into the mix. (We had a contemporaneous TV series to the original Star Trek called "Spaceship Orion", which wasn't all bad, but had a somewhat lower budget, so sometimes household appliances got their screentime)
However I, personally, am sick of this. I mean, we've actually reached the point where players will part with money to buy a toilet brush for no reason other than 'it has a fantastic starship trait'?!
We've had people buy ships over traits, consoles, even admiralty cards before. But especially with a more outlandish design like this one I guess there are enough people out there who will indeed just like it. (For the record: I do kinda like it, I am afraid the animated bubbles will be grating very quickly, but so far I haven't bought the ship anyways)
My mother was an epohh and my father smelled of tulaberries
I bought the mega bundle since it was a sale. I really only wanted the andorian ships but the igw trait made theothers worthwhile.
I havent played them very much but early impressions are the andorian is fantastic while the dewan seems more squishy. Haven't done much in the lethean ships yet.
I would also like a lot more canon centric design, but that ship has already sailed with all the third party ships available (Breen, Cardi, ...). And especially Fed cruisers tend to be boring and not as distinguishable, though again agreed, they make for a more believable surrounding.

We don't know much about Dewan aesthetics, but it seems like maybe they liked building things that looked like Dewan fungus?

I don't think it looks like a toilet brush at all, it looks like something with a sea shell.
Anyways the Dewan ships gained a cool bit of fluff.
I've been finding the wing torpedo's oddly lacking, but I'm unsure why. It feels like they don't really seem to actually add to dps in a meaningful way. I'm not entirely sure they autofire even.

I have the same problem on my original pilot warbirds, which sometimes disables itself during the same map. Very irritating.
Sounds like a lot of negative reviews about the T6 Andorians.
I still don't even know if the Painful Memories starship trait scales off of EPG or not, or if the other 2 ship consoles are boosted by them. Nobody has an answer.

I was wondering about that. Glad it was an oversight and not intentional.

My character Tsin'xing
I would have like to try the Wing Torpedo Platforms one out on a couple of my torpedo boats.
More often than not, for T6 "universal" means "only usable with this one group of ships, but universal in the type of slot to use" (eng, sci, tac).
I'll stick to the old pilot escorts instead.
