Upon finshing the mission to the four part mission for the Kobali episode once you turn in the mission get the rewards........then it still shows as incomplete!

Same here, maybe this is what blocks Act I (and all the mess)
Note that my char got 3 missions in the wrapper and this seems to be the 4th.
(though that alt is allegedly not blocked for anything beside Kobali Act II, III as it's just a failed replay, some chars are blocked to 1st delta non Kobali quests after Act I (or II or even III) which wasn't accepted or skipped, it seems.)

The Kobali bug was reported by other and I will try to link to it.

P.S. It just MIGHT also affect AoY / account wide Delta arc unlock as well. Adding so it would be noticed in relevant posts of self.

What is stupid beyond measure is the fact that these crisis hails exist at all, unless i am missing something i cannot understand why "old" content is not only being peddled as something new but also "required".

This is "new season" content?

I have 8 toons who have already cleared all of the kobali ground mission storyarc and i can promise they will "not" be doing this for the same old worn recycle awards, only the one toon who is actually right in that arc atm will be doing them.

The reboot of New Romulus missions was bad enough, rebooting this old content as "required" is getting old.

Make new content, fix bugs, or just stop doing anything.

How about fixing the broken boff skills, the autotravel bug, and the unresponsive Survivor mission to get started.

This will allegedly and hopefully will be fixed today (thank you management and devs, it is appreciated)

However, beside the point, I agree with shruk mostly even if not sure of the reasoning! (and even if my AoY will repeat this, at least, for a delta unlock) This initial kobali change at the start of session 13 was not appreciated or needed.
