I am so stuck. Whenever i launch star trek online the launcher seems infected with some adware called Triangulum. It runs pop ups in web browsers and won't let the launcher proceed.

I have McAfee Anti-Virus. I have also run adwcleaner and malwarebytes. it just can't seem to find whats wrong. i have played champions online with no issues and other games and its only star trek online that seems infected.

i have totally uninstalled arc and star trek online and started all over but it seems to still be there. Can anyone help I am so confused and can't figure out whats wrong.
