If that's not the problem, you may want to make and post a couple more screenshots of this happening so it can be tracked down.
I had just claimed 2 assignments already, and then decided to pay much closer attention to these two. The first of these rewarded the displayed campaign xp, but the second did not.
That's showing exactly what I thought.
The little white square-looking thing next to the KDF symbol is your Daily Campaign XP indicator. It shows whether you've collected your daily XP reward or not yet.
When the system completes the missions of a certain campaign, if you're eligible to collect on the Daily Campaign XP, it'll add that amount to your mission's normal Campaign XP rewards.
Since it locks in the shown rewards, it won't change in the display after you collect your first mission of that campaign for the day.
It seemed you collected "Investigate Stable Astronomical Phenomenon" first. It gave you the XP boost mixed in with the normal Campaign XP. I think this, in turn, caused your KDF campaign to go up a level. It may not have then showed your XP gained but instead your reward was for the campaign to level up 1 level.
Therefore, the 2nd mission won't show the correct XP amount in the UI, but it will award the correct amount once you collect on it.
After the New Dawn update on Tribble I'm fairly happy with the Admirality system. Maintenance is working as intended and surely while there are still little balancing issues here and there, nothing will ever be perfect in a changing environment.
Since the update I have a minor UI problem though: When selecting a ship for the mission and scrolling down on the ship list with the left mouse button pressed I tend to move to the right. As soon as I leave the window with the cursor, it closed and I have to reopen the ship list. With the LMB pressed the window should stay open and focused.
Don't know if that's only me being clumsy but I can't recall this happening with other scroll down lists. (Just tested: same with Doff selection.)
This does not happen on Holodeck at Doff selection.

Interesting. I haven't really been looking, but I have not seen anything in the UI to suggest any daily bonus xp actually exists. That little white box might be meant to indicate it, but at this point it's just a missing graphic. Is there some mouseover text it shows to explain this?
Perhaps I should be more choosy about which mission I claim first. I might be able to get more xp that way.

ADMIRALTY - Ship Buffs - (my Fed and KDF toons are LvL 6 Admiralty)
Was playing around yesterday and actually paid attention to the (+20 TAC If solo); (+2.5% Crit) and other "Buffs" for the player ships. Case in Point:
(1) MVAM Escort has a +20 ENG, TAC if solo - In actuality, it only provides a +15 once slotted solo on the mission;
(2) Cruisers +20 ENG and SCI for all ENG ships - only provided a +15 for the first two ships slotted, and no bonus to the 3rd cruiser slotted;
(3) SCI Points per mission 150 +50 Event add-on. Seriously ??? On my KDF, I have 26 ship cards in Admiralty. the ABSOLUTE BEST I can get in SCI points is 98 with 3 ships slotted. (Dyson iirc, yields 60 on my KDF). There is NO WAY KDF/ROM players will be able to get any where near the required SCI points on a large portions of those missions;
(4) "Event" multipliers - So, you look at a mission that has 60/60/80 as a base, unless you know to look at the "Event" modifier, you will miss the "+50 All". So, that now becomes 110/110/130 in order to have a chance at success and/or Crit. IMHO, don't know of any other extreme blatent "Bait and Switch" to stack against the player. IMHO, all the mission requirements/skill point should be identified and not a "Oh, by the way, you now have to have twice the points in order to do this mission"..;
(5) Lot's of talk about "maintenance" I do not agree with how it's set up. IMHO, it's wrong; to long; and is only in place to function as a hinderance to the player. So, Admiralty for me will be a fire and forget for 2-3 days;
Yes, players can find issues with any game, will find ways to compensate or just not play it. Cryptic may write it the way they want us to play it (it's been stated as such in interviews) but, as a "subber" I'll either participate the way it works for me, or not participate at all.
null KDF players are going to need to make good use of the ships that cancel event science requirements. I know the Federation Dyson science destroyer does this, hopefully the KDF one does as well. It's also a good thing for many players that the Gorn science ships were among the freebies in the giveaways in the past. It will make it a bit easier for players who were around for those events. I think that with those tree ships plus the original KDF carrier, my KDF characters should be able to handle one or two science heavy missions each day.

The Nov does indeed cancel science events. So does the T3 Gorn ship.
I would like a confirmation prompt for the pass button. The pass tokens are plentiful, but still a finite resource, and tonight I missed out on an assignment with good rewards but low requirements because I hit the wrong button. Not as bad as the finish now button in R&D eating 18000 dilithium for one mistaken click, but still annoying, and I wouldn't want to do it to a tour of duty assignment by accident.
I'm rather disappointed that someone went to the effort to even put this system in place, let alone spent time on it.
What we have here essentially is Doffing. Only not.
As an out-of-game product on something web based... like the Gateway, a Phone App, or Facebook, this might be an interesting companion to STO for people who are on break at work and want a little extra.
Ingame however, it is nothing more than a tragic UI Grind which really offers no content what-so-ever, requires few assets to make or update (good on your end), and offers the end user nothing beyond the lowest possible rewards for a mind-numbingly repetitive ui interaction.
I know you guys are, as creative humans, capable of coming up with more engaging things to do in the game than cheap things like this..
The Admirality system was created for one purpose. To get non-STO players to spend money on STO. The admiratlity system was NOT made for sto players in mind. We just luckly/unluckly ended up connected to it because it was most likly easy to do. You have to try and think about it from a companys view that meets at a huge desk every friday to discuss how to make money. I have to say creating a webbased, phone app that lets people play STO that have never played sto has to be a Historical Milestone for STO. Years after STO the pc game has died the phone app and webbased browser game could still be going strong and making money hand over fist. Please just think about what this means for cryptic and PWI. For us players its meh at best but for them. Its history in the making.
I have a Question. If I have 5 characters with 100 ships spreed across all 5. Will all 5 of my characters be able to use any of those 100 ships on their admirality missions. I know C-store ships will be accesable but what about the JHAS,JHSS,Voth Bulwark,Annorax and Sheshar, just to name a few. I don't think anybody would have "those" ships on each and everyone of their characters. Could I get a little clarity on the subject please? TY

The admiralty system is not an "account wide" system, it is a character only system meaning it is limited to what that one character has or can obtain.

Mirror ships have always been green quality. Some have useful powers though.
Oh.
Well, still. In order to have our commissioned ships added to the Admirality system we still have to do it manually by opening the doff window. You don't need to go to the Admirality tab, just opening the window is enough. Better then nothing I suppose. The problem is the doff system doesn't open until level 11 and can't be accessed until then. A new character's first free ship is given at level 10 and most will probably get rid of their starter ship upon acquiring the new ship, thus making so they would have to buy the ship again later for dilithium to have it added to the system.
Questions:
1. Don't players have what, 3 or 4 ship slots at this low level? I vaguely recall not having to dismiss anything on my DR Rommie while running the T'Liss, T'Varo, and Daehal (or whatever the T2 C-store Rommie is).
2. Do ships start accumulating at 11 when the system doesn't fire up till 52?
Detecting big-time "anti-old-school" bias here. NX? Lobi. TOS/TMP Connie? Super-promotion-box. (aka the two hardest ways to get ships) Excelsior & all 3 TNG "big hero" ships? C-Store. Please Equalize...

I know I would get another ship slot or two each time I got promoted.
Lookin at KDF side of the Admirality, they really do get the short end of the stick. Admirality should be balanced between the factions, clearly it's not.

Enh... it's based on the ships available. Clearly KDF has less of those.

Also worth noting that those are the player-reported stats. It's missing at least 3 FT6 ships at a very quick glance. If more people who edited the wiki played KDF and had ships on tribble, it wouldn't look as bad.

It's missing quite a lot of ships including some Mirror ones and almost all Fleet T5 ships (and the non-fleet level ships available from fleets).
Afaik there's no reason to try and hunt every ship stats since A) they may yet change slightly (good luck hunting the differences then); B ) I seem to remember a Dev said he'd post a list at some point.
TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class. Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider. Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.
I thought Borticus said he'd "look into it". But yeah it does seem likely that they will post a list. The last update on tribble increased the stat bonuses you get from ships. That might get tweaked again, but I doubt they would completely change things.
- White defiant T4 does not add anything for teaming up with Eng ship, even though it is in the text.
- Maxing out to level 9 (not the tour just the level) will stop re-run tours for Fed . Used 67 slip tokens and didn't get any more tour missions 20 hour missions for Fed.
- No Epic ship reward for reaching maxing out. Maybe by design?

Pardon my ignorance, but does this also include the 20 hour missions not showing up anymore once you reach high levels? And not dropping the Epic ships?
