Oh god! *snicker* Those Iconian Rep Armors! ROFL!

The designs give me the lulz. The male outfit with the "circle the TRIBBLE" design. The shiny garish colors. It's like a train-wreck of "Tron meets Starlight Express meets Gatchman meets every New York club party." So much /facepalm here. What's the strategy? To make the Iconians go "WTF?" and fall over laughing?

    Worst armor set in terms of visual. Hands down.

    Actually yes. The Alpha Quadrant Alliance can't beat the Iconians with conventional methods since the Iconians have better technology and more firepower than them so unconventional methods are needed.

    When I saw the new post this morning, I was like "Whatttttt~"...

    I thought we were fighting Iconians, not going to a techno party with Daft Punk.

    Have to agree. This armor is just terribly looking. :(

    Well who knows... maybe the circle TRIBBLE have small gatling guns that come out of them and shoot rapid fire anti-proton beams from them

    But hey you know you can fight the Iconians... then throw on some pearls and go to the night club and never have to worry about changing now... it's like the perfect out fit for those who want to fight and do a night out on the town at the same time.

    Oh, and those all-too-hugging outfits. Not exactly armor-like when you can tell if the guy is circumcised or not.

    Well that's PWE having their say... look at Perfect World... Forsaken whatever it is... all the actual PWE games and this armor is still tame compared to that stuff...

    But sex sells... especially to Nerds, Geeks, and Trekies... so this'll sell well.

    just get rid of this design cryptic honest, everything else so far these past couple months and the forward months were in a great direction, but this has to go im sorry.

    I wish we could get back to something more like the Omega Force Armor. Compare OF armor to this Disco atrocity and see how bad things have gotten over the past 5 years.

    Oh man. Just looking at the extremely effeminate stuff for males in the other PWE games makes my junk want to shrivel up.

    Honestly though I really hope they keep this armor as-is, no fix or anything. Its absolutely ridiculous, and I figure if this game is going to go into this much WTF, lets go all-in on it. I mean if they're gonna go train-wreck, lets make it a BIG train wreck.

    Tron and the all-too-Iconian themed stylings struck me as garish at first... but I actually wonder if it might not turn out looking kind of cool. If the CharArtDevs play with textures and specular, it could look neat under light/shadows/gloss considerations.

    Might seem minimalistic... but eh, so did the wimpy-looking pylons on the Constitution-class; but hey, at the time the super-fragile-looking pylons were supposed to hint at advanced technology/manufacturing techniques. Maybe the suits are this thin because of the super-materials involved - or because it's actually part of the less protective types of armor available (like "physical augmentation"?)

    So it's OK to make the female costumes look horrid in your books, but when even males look horrid, that's more astounding? :P

    It may be a bit cynical to say, but I'm glad that this time it's both male & female version looking absolutely horrific, and not just the female version, which is the usual case in many video-games. :D

    Can they just take the name Star Trek off of this game already...

    ...cause then I won't feel compelled to play anymore. It already doesn't feel like Star Trek at all, but for some reason, I keep holding out hope that will change.
