On one hand, I have to applaud the fact that shield drains are getting looked at. On the other hand, I will hold off making a judgment on these until the ships release, because most of the times, I'm disappointed by new shield drains. The Solanae 2nd Deflector was the last time I got pleasantly surprised. The Tachyon Beam/Tractor Beam doff from the Delta pack was just a bad gimmick.
I'm a little confused, why do those ships have 11 console slots ? They should have 10 like any other base T6 ship....
Well that's all the dil I got this week plus real £$ spent when these drop they will be mine
Don't think i'm impressed enough to spend £100 on them though.
Glad to be wrong about that, mostly. I still prefer my way. See, pleasantly surprised vs. disappointed again. :P
edit: But yep, the complaints about the 10 console T6 ships are starting up out there already...heh. Oh well...going to be a trip buying the 3pack when I've only got an interest in the Sci BOFF layout, but I bought a ship for a Starship Trait before - I've sent Cryptic that message and they heard it well.
A question to one of the Devs: Is it planed to release the Typ-9 Shuttles (the ones who look like the Pathfinder) sometimes? They would fit the new 2410 design perfectily in my eyes.
The previous 3-ship packs were always already fleet grade ships that didn't require (or allow) a fleet version - seems these might follow the pattern.
I looked at that and thought it must be a typo. Seems like that might upset some folks that bought Intel ships at the same price and will have to pay for a fleet module later to upgrade them.
Now I guess I need to add All Hands on Deck by Reciprocity on my list of desirable traits.
Kdf and Romulan have 1500 crew I dont like this figure.
I wonder what means "very large amount of Temporary Hit Points for a short period of time." in numbers

Yeah, now the KDF ships look a little better.
Overall I quite like the stats. Glad the Lt.Comm. slots change based on the variant. Glad they're Fleet Tier 6 and by stats more or less fit within other ships.
In other words, I don't find them necessarily OP, that's great. (Although the inspiration mechanic can yet prove me wrong. I'd rather have that removed...)
And, Trendy, the Baratan Romulan warbird lists To'duj fighters by mistake. Should be Scorpions it comes with, same as the other two Romulan Command cruisers.
Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

Glad to see these are fleet t6 level ships too.
I assume it's because they don't have dual LTC slots, limiting their access to higher-tier powers. The Sarr Theln and Benthan Assault Cruiser were the same way. Pity, actually, I would have preferred a 10-slot dual-LTC ship.
The universe has a wonderful sense of humor. The trick is learning how to take a joke.
Your way sure is better (I try to apply when I have no clue), but in this case it didn't make sense to me the 9-pack being non-fleet level. (I wouldn't be disappointed, anyway, since I'd save 12k Zen.)

The Klingon ships Do look better that they did in the original preview. Perhaps I will pick them up. Still undecided, but leaning more towards getting them than I was yesterday.
The Fed ships still look pretty good to me. Although the Presidio Class saucer looks a little... odd to me. Not necessarily bad, just different. But the nacelles, I REALLY like them for some reason. I probably will get at least the Fed pack.
So, I went from thinking I may just pass on the whole shebang, to thinking I may just buy the 9 ship pack in the span of a day. Still haven't decided to jump in with both feet, but definitely considering it.
Losing faith in humanity, one person at a time.
if you want me to spend some 120 earth monies on this, you have to sweeten the deal. 9 ships that are 80% similar and have the same traits and the same consoles, sorry, not a deal maker, I'd like some non kobali purple command boffs and some doffs plz

After seeing those stats I think i'll be getting the fed ships for sure. Not sure about the other 2 factions.
Shouldn't the FED cruisers' shield mod be rather 1.155, AKA a fleet version of 1.05?
And at level 50, shouldn't the FED and ROM ships' hull be 47,826 rather than 47,437? The KDF ones' then 49,739? Then they'd get 15% more for the level 60 value.

Seriously, give us the means to upgrade and improve ships that are T5 and below. (T5U isn't a great example either). There are a lot of things I love about this game, but one of its lamest aspects is how your captain treats starships as disposable as used cars in America, trading in for the newer model every couple months (or days if you're not max level yet). What's the point of even having any ships between T1 and T6?
Admittedly, Copy/Paste with minimal attention to QA is pretty much Cryptic's entire design philosophy... Seems fitting to be expressed in the description of their latest "Twice the price of any other entire game" microtransaction.
After achieving level 5 in the Presidio, TyGokor or Vastam Class Command ships starship mastery, you will unlock the All Hands on Deck starship trait. While this trait is slotted, activating a Tactical or Command Bridge Officer ability will reduce the recharge time of Science Bridge Officer and Captain abilities. This may only occur once every few seconds.
Meaty.
Guess i'll just get that ship for the trait for my pathfinder, lol.
