I was able to do the space part in normal without any working build. Since the game was a mess, I just had HE, science team, tac team and APb ready. Nothing else was used.
You have some help for the most part, and the enemies are not many and quite easy to beat.
I did the mission in a Miranda...and lived to tell about it! :P
So yeah...I got a maze to look through very thoroughly...
I wouldn't hate this mission if it weren't for the fact that some of it is timing-based "do or die" navigation that is incompatible with the server presently being a laggy pile of donkeysh*t.
I liked the mission, it was perhaps not the best they have done but it was overall good.
* Garrett Wang did a good voice over
* The mission itself feels like Star Trek, weird and poo.
* Good variation on "puzzle, space and ground.
But I don't know how I feel about doing this mission 3 more times for the gear.
Oh rly? At some point, I thought I was dreaming and playing Tomb Raider Online , with all of these mazes and panels and stuff ...
and you have to do it 3 more times .... yaaaay ... I think I am gonna pug Hive Space Elite : it's more fun.

Well, The maze for me was just a time consumer, had no real problem with it, the finale of the ground map was more...irritating.
I actually liked this mission. Enough to replay it 10+ times? Doubtful. Still, I did like it, and will probably play through it on my alts. Interesting story (and ending).
The voice acting was very good. They acted really emotional instead of just reading their lines. I did NOT expect Cryptic to get Kim Rhodes back for a character that she guest starred as about 15 years ago. That's dedication to detail.
Why is this not applied to the technical side of the game?
I liked the small nods to the continuing story arc with Voyager operating in Krenim space and Eldex being back to his typical Vaadwaur self. I never expected him to remain buddy buddy with the Delta Alliance after Gaul's death and, sure enough, he picks up right where Gaul left off, only without the "outside help".
The option to adjust the difficulty of certain parts via dialogue options was a great idea.
I'm so so about the boff. One, I don't need her and, second, I didn't like how that recruiting procedure went down overall.
*runs into random Kobali while trying to navigate through a maze* Oh hi there, can i join your crew?
Sure, welcome aboard!
Wait what?? Did my Captain really just do that? I'm not Monkey D. Luffy, asking everyone and their mother wether they want to be my nakama!
Still, I appreciate the humor of putting a boff in a maze, because who doesn't like to boff in a maze?
Once you get by the Maze there is noway to get across or reach the two red flash items. I've been stuck here for a while. I left the game came back and had to do the maze again. I know it by heart so it takes me less than 10 mins to complete that. But again I am stuck.
Map shows there flooring but there not if I go forward I drop and die. Can't climb the sides also fall down? Anyone have the same issue After the Maze is cleared.
Way it's supposed to work is you shoot the things on the walls which shoots a section of floor to cross. but they retract shortly. theres a warning light in the floor that changes to yellow then red to warn you the floors going away. So it's shoot, cross, shoot, cross as fast as possible.
And avoid stepping on sparkly floor sections they can kill you.
I've just finished the mission!
Prior something odd had happen when I looked up at the items on the wall. So I shot my weapon at it. But odd I was all over that item. I guess since my weapon wasn't drawn could be the issue I had. Thanks for your help though.
I'm going to give this message a big THUMBS DOWN. If only because of the maze as I have motion sickness issues and getting lost in the maze gave me a reason to pray to the Porcelain God.
HEY DEVS!!! Can you have an option to skip the maze part? Or at least have all the walls disappear after about 10 minutes of getting lost? I may lose the BOff but it is better than vomiting.
I just think how they wrapped up the big ethical question at the heart of the episode was a bit too convenient.
The player themselves is unable to actually voice *their* opinion on the ethical problem in question....you basically get to watch the three NPCs talk it out among themselves while you run around opening doors.
I disagreed completely with the way it all resolved itself, and was was irritated that in regards to the ethics part, you have to agree with the npcs conclusion.
Well, this was less an ethical problem and more of a personal problem for this specific episode.
You can even make your character say clearly Harry should make his own decision a couple of times. Which is better than the rest of the arc where you are kinda pushed to agree with the Kobali.
But let's be honest, there is no real good answer to this ethical problem, apart from "both parties should come to an agreement", and as soon as the writers chose to follow that storyline, no matter how they handled it, it'd have led to players disagreeing. It's a grey and gray situation.

I'm very curious as to what Voyager was doing in Krenim space though. Potential Krenim story arc incoming in the future?

Time will only tell!
There's a brightness setting in options, or you can try the floating light from "what lies beneath".

Is the BOFF white/green/blue/purple? Is she a command specialist?
Do you get 40 Q-mendations on replay?
1) Purple (lol Kobali :P) Command/Engineer
2) No idea, but I'd wager not.
Thanks!
But you can change the boff's outfit. Mine's now in a Odyssey uniform.
What boff? I didn't get any.
You have to find her in the maze before you deactivate it. She's in a dead end on the right side towards the end.
Cool. Thx. Guess I'll have to collect her tomorrow then.
Also I HATE the sliding floor thing, I die non-stop. I am not a twitch gamer.

I was planning on running it every day for the upgrades, but after today's release I don't want anything to do with it again after I get my ship.
I think someone said she keeps changing position.
Also, if she is an Accolade...it might be possible to get her. I am going to go test this.
Speaking of Accolades, you get one for successfully storming the temple without help [hard].
Also for getting past all of the electric stuff in less than 2 minutes.

Rather disappointing in that regard IMO.
