Maybe Cryptic is setting up a surprise Zen item giveaway to celebrate the new year..... and the thank the player base for the money some have spent and the time all have spent playing their game.........that would make us look a bit silly for whining about the server being down.
What in the hell is an "Account Ticket Failure"? I've never seen that before.

I usually get those when I get boted from the server, usually due to "server not responding" issues.
Though I have no idea what it means.
Same problem here eastern Canada just got outta my seat to fight some snow-borg and got red message server not responding try reconnect and it says account ticket failed and when restart game cant connect to ........
No, I would guess this is because of the freeloading host provider they use having their plugs yanked out of the free pipelines the real ISPs around them provide.
They probably TRIBBLE into someone elses server and the person found out and created a new password or through up a stronger firewall.

got booted from game. then account ticket failure. now cant even get launcher to connect. great stability update cryptic, u really hit your thumb with the hammer this time (though the nail is still sticking an inch out of the board u were supposed to hammer in)
Haven't you heard!? Its so stable that it no longer works! From a stability standpoint the game is the most stable right this second then it has ever been before!:)

According to the National Weather service, California (Where the servers are housed) is experiencing a winter storm with freezing rain. This is most likely why the servers are down.
I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.

I've tried to launch like 15 times and the launcher won't connect to the server and the game will not launch.

Was ingame all the time until now. Experienced some chat troubles. Wanted to change characters, and boom. Not able to get in again. I hope it's the freezing rain because otherwise it'll probably won't get fixed soon.

Now I am getting all sorts of odd popups on the game screen. It shows me going in and out of anonymous status, non stop.
