breen chel gret still 1000 INVESTIGATING

I got the chel gret on 2 or 3 toons and still rep prokect want 1000 pictures on my newer toons



worked fine with the T6 ship and the raider thou

    Yeah got the same problem, the other ships are fine just the chell seems borked. Got the chell when it first came out.
    Hope you can fix this for us.

    got the same problem on the chell got it when it first came out but my alts still has to get a 1000

    Tried it also with a toon who is currently flying the Chel Grett and it is still 1000 there as well.
    Still waiting to be able to use forum titles

    Here the same, the others worked fine, the Chel Gret still shows 1000 Photos.
    (I have the ship un-packed on several KDF chars)
    Beta, LTA, CE, Multiple preorder Versions, all Addon Packs except AoY, nearly all KDF/Rom and ~50% of all Fedships, over 25 LockboxShips, Endurer of Atari's "Year of Hell", but...
    unfortunately:

    Same here. Ticket ID #2,939,913.

    Same here. Got the ship with one KDF char and I don't get the discount.

    have the first breen ship unlocked on both fed and kdf characters. ticket ID #2,939,946.

    Same here. Got the Chell gret when it first came out. Got back in to it, hoping it might trigger the availability of the discount but nothing changed.

    Same problem. My main toon has all 3 ships, and I'm not getting a discount for the Chel Gret on alts.

    same here... 1000 for each character.. chell gret... plesh brek is 1000 too when i unlocked it too

    my oldest character actually managed to get the whole "winter event" tutorial !

    Okay, found something interesting about this bug.
    Only an upgraded chel gret gives no discount.
    If your chel gret is still tier 5, you get a discount.

    Incorrect. Mine is not upgraded.

    My plesh is upgraded but, still was able to get it for 40 pics on an alt.
    Please fix this cryptic and don't say its " working as intended ".

    got that on AALL but oen toons

    + oen toon got the eventmission for it and i cant finifh it cuz Q is not giving me the mission...cant get wintership there :(

    May as well add my acct to the list. Multiple ships in shipyards, both Fed and KDF, not a single char who doesn't have the ship can get the discount.

    Um no, this is quite wrong. I have several both upgraded and not upgraded, no discount.

    Same for me. Flying the first Chel Gret and cant claim it for 40 but 1000. My 9 alt toons for 1000 too. Plesh needs some double check, some can, some couldn't - lets see.

    I have the T5-U Chel Grett that I got first year it was released. Getting a new one still costs 1000. The raider is working fine.

    Me too, have one unpacked on Fed at T5-U, One packed up on a Fed, One unpacked at T5 on a KDF, no discounts.

    I have the same problem. Got it 2 years ago on 2 characters, but can't get a discount on a newer character.

    same here.alts unable to claim.

    one managed to but on the one that managed to it still said 1000 pics needed.

    There's an odd condition with how the access is set up for the discount that makes it a bit . . . unreliable for characters who previously got the ship. We're looking into ways to sort it out smoothly.

    I think it's like that the bug has to do with having purchased the Chel Grett directly from a vendor for autographs before the rep system existed, making tracking the status of having purchased the ship problematic. Has anyone who bought the Chel Grett last year using the rep system encountered the problem?

    Thanks for looking into it!

    Curious, could you tie it into the Reclaim system for the console? The Reclaim in the Dil store seems to be working currently for that ship.

    Thanks for looking into this issue. I'll add up that I encounter this bug too.
    Chell Gret breen warship accuired on 3 toons, unpacked in docks since I got it 3 years ago.
    On my romulan toon, wich didnt had it, the discount didnt applied. Just to test something, I canceled the project that said 40/1000 and sloted another one, wich now says it will take 40 pics, but have to check it tomorrow if it actually does that, since u can do the race once a day...
    It may be a case of "jiggling it a liitle" to unlock it, like in other case of reputation projects stucked, and when slot it and cancel it would solve it.
