    Same here, now 5pm EST and still can't login. Tried resetting password, still no good. Help!

    I just tryed to login to the holodeck and it said unable to authinticate the time here is 2:20 pm on the west coast. duke :confused:

    been trying to log in since 1 pm east coast and no luck.....(Unable to Authenticate)

    I'm like many & unable to log-in to STO via the "Unable to authenticate".

    I was able to this morning, CST, but once I logged-out then not able to return.

    Dang, it's been a couple of frustrating weeks for me & STO.

    Even though the server status still says it's up.

    For this issue it was as this is from two days ago. Bumping it up is in the hopes of getting them to notice it is happening again and get some news on this instance of the problem.

    You have been blocked from following this account at the request of the user.
    so this is the way how cryptic is treating players
    and by threating them with ban even permanent one
    if they dont shup up

    also getting this problem , just searched the support link in the launcher and below is was it came up with

    thought it was fixed yesterday morning but it hasnt. was playing this morning when i got off work. i took a nap and woke up and couldnt log back in.

    A strange thing actually. No dev, mod or community manager around. Maybe Smirk and Trendy got a day off since they worked on last Saturday. But still. No message, no thread, no thread merging at all?
