    No not fixed!!!

    Why is it stated "Resolved" and No I can not get in!!!

    I just get error message:

    Unable to authenticate.

    No solution at the moment.

    Also seeing the "Unable to authenticate:" on login attempts. Is this affecting people with the Arc client, or just people with the STO launcher?

    Was playing just fine this morning went to lunch a couple hours ago and now ....authenticate error

    Changed password and tried using my email address to login, no success. Still unable to authenticate.

    Time to update this thread replacing the "resolved" word with "investigating..zzz" one. Again. I hope this issue does not take too much. Ive already lost a lot this weekend due to the downtime.

    I've tried both with and without Arc. No luck either way, and don't feel like installing Steam atm to see if getting in that way works...especially since the login server would all be the same. XD

    IT IS A LOG IN ISSUE affecting ALL players. Guys please, go to the bug section on the forums, all the info is there..

    The STO Facebook page is stating they are having server issues again and are working to fix them. LOL DR is officially DOOM Rising

    OK I see Im not alone here, can't log in, says "unable to authenticate" thought my account got banned or something. Any idea when this is gonna get fixed?

    Champions forum had a dev post saying it's affecting all Cryptic games and anyone who is already in will have no problem. It's blocking anyone else getting in.

    Last time it was just STO over the weekend. This outage is affecting all Cryptic games according to a post on the Champions forum by a dev.

    heres a conspiricy they advertise neelix for dleta riseing then the whole game crashes and it stops anyone playing it.... could they be connected has neelix poisoned the whole server with his odditys?
    or did someone finally find a way to kill tovan keiv off his bridge roster and he took the game with him?

    Bloody thing says resolved in the title.....it's still not working....I don't call that resolved...
