(The stress on the hull would probably rip the Victory apart. Especially after a corner cut refit that took how long? A smaller ship around the size of a Constellation would manage to do it, but a Galaxy or Sovereign is just too big.)
(The third nacelle would act as a stabilizer of sorts. And do not doubt the Victory, despite cut corners, she's a toughie.)

(That's not how a Warp Nacelle works! Her sheer size means performing the Picard Maneuver would put a LOT of stress on the hull. I only know of two instances of the Picard Maneuver, and none of them were on a ship larger than a Constellation.)
(Mirror Broken had the Picard Maneuver on a Gal-X, granted its a comic, but still.)

(And Counselor Troi used the Picard Maneuver in one of the Gateways books... however that was using a Saber class. They also stated in the book that a ship like the Enterprise-E wouldn't be able to do it, but a ship like a Saber could. That is a lot of mass to stop. So unless that thing has GODLY Inertial Dampeners... there's gonna be damage.)
