    Garrus: Owch, that hurts.

Tali: Thankfully, my environmental suit has sound and light filters that cna change the strength to a normal level.

(Scan of her suits shows its very advanced, and extremely compartmentalized. In a way, ti is more advanced then any on the Milky Way Galaxy, and its powered by her walking. )

Kayla: How was I supposed to know he was going to go AWOL like that! I cleared him enough to speak with Admiral Cartwright under orders to report back to either myself or his own CMO, who was to report to me. As for tracking him... I don't know.

Tali: Thank you, I guess. Fro me and my people, its a necessity because our immune systems have atrophied 300 years on board starships. (Tali goes over the Tribble, it doesn't screech, but doesn't purr either.) Our suits keep us alive, even aboard our ships. But it is all he have left since the Geth kicked us off Rannouch.

Garrus: If you hadn't allowed the Geth to progress to Artificial Intelligence, you wouldn't have lost everything.

Tali: That's because individually, the Geth aren't AIs. Its only when they share processing power, they get smarter.

Garrus: Just keep on destroying them

Tali: They aren't hardware, you bosh'tet. the Geth are programs, software. the only way you destroy one is jam thier communications, which is alot harder then you think, considiering the use the same communications technology we do.

Garrus: so we find thier servers and blow them up.

    Tali: Goto Rannouch then

Krystal: Calm down. We'll figure something out. I was actually hoping to learn more about these Geth at some point. While it is a matter for the Diplomats, I personally feel that what I heard about the Citidel's response to your plight was... rather deplorable. Still being punished after all this time? Makes no sense to me. Especially when your people asked for help.

Deunan: We got a Geth body onboard. We've been studying it. On the off chance it had any infectious code, we implimented our Anti-Borg protocols to prevent any takeovers. That and Megaman was watching the whole thing. Think he was curious about the Geth too.

Garrus: Considering there is a treaty between the Citadel, the Quarians and the Geth, we can not help the Quarians take back Rannouch, but we will defend the quarians if the Geth attack them. Specifically, any Geth outside the Perseus veil is prohibited as is organic life inside the Perseus veil. The Quarians have been offered some colonies to live on, but they have refused.

Rose: Hmm, what about some decommissioned orbital habitats?

Garrus: You got to be kidding, right? We reuse that material. the Volus would go crazy over handing anything like that over to the Quarians.

Tali: We have been dealing with that for over 300 years. The only people that have tried to help us is the Allaince. They help us with providing with medical aid and humanitarian aid. They have even helped purchased old starships. Volus will not allow us to purchase ships from them without a large markup. the biggest problem is that we don't know what we want to do. We are split down the middle between starting another homeworld or trying to get back Rannouch.

Tali: When Quarians of the Migrant Fleet reach young adulthood, they must leave their birth ship and find a new crew to accept them as permanent residents. This is a way to keep our genetic diversity. To prove themselves worthy, they must leave the Migrant Fleet and search the galaxy for something of value. This is offered to their prospective captain as a gift, proving that they will not be a mere burden on the shoestring resources of the ship.

Krystal: *walks over to Tali* I'll file a report with Starfleet on your situation. With luck you'll be getting some more help. And maybe... we might be able to establish contact with the Geth and act as a neutral mediator if they're willing to negotiate. If they drove you from your homeworld... why haven't they finished the job? Why let you go knowing you could come back?

At the very least... you made some new friends. And depending on how things go... some of your people might even be able to bring their case to the Federation Council itself. *shrug* I don't think we'd be willing to help with military action, especially after the end of the Iconian War, but humanitarian I can see happening easily.

Rose: Well, to the alot of people in the Federation, and most of our Galaxy, the treatment of the Quarians and the Krogan is abominable.

Garrus: What about you? Do you think so?

Rose: While it is admirable to have lofty ideals and goals, battles and wars are by their very nature are the worst of our ideals. I sometimes wonder if my friends forget what we have done to win our last war, when condemning this Galaxy action.

Garrus: Not exactly a ringing endorsement of our actions.

Rose: my home used the first and only nuclear weapons used in anger on a nation we were at war with. However, when we used it, the war was won, but not over. Some have said it was not needed while many say the use saved many more lives that was bound to follow as it caused our enemy to stop fighting and surrender. Many of my friends would argue hours over this, but to me it was pointless, we were not there. Just as we were not here. Krystal can say anything about Ideals she wants, but would she use those weapons with only the information she had at that time? I know I would. But It would still haunt me to this day also.

Garrus: We lost some of honor that day when we did our duty, I can not disagree with you there. However, we will never say we are sorry.

Rose: What we do in Life echoes in eternity.

    Garrus: That it does.
