Well... no. Not really. I've been out of contact for a few years, just recently called back to go out here.
Anyway, my belief is, Kuntel is not of this universe. This universe is one of the... insane products of a powerful mans imagination. It happens. I think Kuntel somehow made it to this universe, at some point in his life, from a parallel of ours.
He may even be from the one were the Central powers won WWI... he might be Austria's missing prince...
