Where are you pulling that information from? As admiralq1732 said, the Federation Attack Fighters (which are by themselves scrambled, refitted civilian courier ships) are warp-capable and as couriers, probably even capable of at least warp 5 and long-range flight. There are no carriers in Starfleet aside from the fact that every ship carried some shuttles which are generally not meant for ship-to-ship combat action. Stop making things up just because.

agreed. In peace time their are no carriers. the curry becomes a well armed cargo ship and tug. The E-D was tons of shuttles, you can bet the DW galaxys had Pergrines over those shuttles
